Terrible. Quoted me $70 and then charged $75 when leaving. Worst rushed pedi and mani ever. Didn’t moisturise or scrub feet or hands. Ridiculous

I got a sns, the girl filed my nail so much it started bleeding. The sns was so bad, it wasn't shiny and very bumpy. The lady doing my nails was very rude. Never again am I going there

Terrible experience. Was told the price was $35, and to come back in 20 minutes. After waiting, they then began my manicure. Half way through the lady said she got the price wrong and it was going to be $45. Refused to give me the price I was initially told. I was then left for over 15 minutes on two occasions, whilst the woman went on what appeared to be a tea break in their back room. I asked another lady if she was okay, and she said that she was fine - and she won't be long. She then leisurely returned to complete my nails, and the coloured polish was old and gluggy, with black spots of dust in a light colour. Asked for them to re-do and it was not pleasantly received. An hour and a half since I walked in the door for the second time, I left with a below average/ gluggy job, which has already chipped an hour since, and $45 out of pocket. The shop was also unclean and not pleasant. If you're getting your nails done, walk a bit further to Northern Star near Aldi. Read Less

Most the staff seemed competent but the manager was extremely rude and did a terrible job on my manicure. 1. Manager's application of acrylics on a finger i had chipped was terrible. She burnt and filed my finger's skin off the sides. It was also extremely thick and uncomfortable with a crack on the inside. 2. Products were bad. The nail polish i chose had become quite thick so she put a heap of liquid into it to make it more watery. Came out of nail salon and noticed there was air bubbles on all my nails. When I went back to show them the manager was not apologetic and just said "go choose another colour." 3. Before I left i decided to give some constructive feedback and said to the manager that it would have been nice if she had simply said "sorry about that, we will fix it, please go choose another colour." This will make the customer a lot more happier and it is good for business. The manager was extremely defensive and said it was not her fault or her nail polish fault. No one had that problem before so its just me- must be my fault, so no need to say sorry as she already said "choose colour." I saw no reason to waste my time and argue as she was just shouting at me so i said, that's fine, i won't be back, it's a shame because the business could do so much better with a more friendly boss that actually cares about their work and customers. Very disappointing visit and would not recommend. Read Less

Terrible experience. The girls are always on their phones while doing nails either texting, talking, and I even saw one video chatting while she should have been doing someone's nails. They completely messed up the shape of two of my nails cause they were constantly distracted by their phones. If that wasn't enough to make me not go back, I got the shellac polish and it started chipping the very next day. Will never go back or recommend them! Read Less

Terrible experience. The girls are always on their phones while doing nails either texting, talking, and I even saw one video chatting while she should have been doing someone's nails.
