Took my 93 year old mother here on recommendation from someone in her care home. I wasn't entirely sure what was supposed to happened, but it all went really well and she was happy. Can't say how impressed I was.

Ok service but they keep talking in another language and you dont know if its about you... still had to go home and correct nail shape after explaining it 3 times it still wasnt right. And i feel like they rushed my SNS.

The SNS was put on so badly, the girl had to grind it down between coats. I was crying it was so bad. She got up and left and another girl took over doing an equally bad job. NEVER again ... BE WARNED .. THESE PEOPLE ARE AMATEUR AT BEST .. stay clear!!
I wish I could give a no star rating it is that bad.

I asked for infils and the woman showed me a small selection of colours WITHOUT telling me they were shellac and it would cost extra!!! So instead of paying $25 I had to pay $40 for something I would ...
I asked for infils and the woman showed me a small selection of colours WITHOUT telling me they were shellac and it would cost extra!!! So instead of paying $25 I had to pay $40 for something I would have refused if I had known. Absolutely ridiculous to pay an extra $15 for a coat of nail polish that was a sloppy job anyway!!!
Told them that they actually have to inform customers if they are offering a product that will cost more than the standard price and they still charged me $40!!
Have reported this business to the ACCC.
Will never EVER go here again.

The way everyone seems to be describing this place is the complete opposite to what I experienced. I came with a reference picture and she knew how to achieve it immediately! She took care and effort ...
The way everyone seems to be describing this place is the complete opposite to what I experienced. I came with a reference picture and she knew how to achieve it immediately! She took care and effort into each nail and kept checking in if I was happy with the result. The tool was very delicate and I experienced no bleeding or pain and the place was very hygienic and clean. She finished my nails with a beautiful oil that smells wonderful. I am thrilled with my results and 100% recommend this salon as the service was beyond satisfactory!!!

The worst nail place I've been too, I went in to get one nail fixed the lady spent the time jumping between me and another lady for one, my new nail is rough, thin, the wrong shape and she used too much superglue, its caked underneath my nail. I left feeling like my nail was rushed and incomplete.

Wasn't very happy with this salon. The massage chair barely worked and when I mentioned it the manager, he said " its automatic- nothing I can do about it." The nail technician didn't take all my old nail polish off properly or clean my nails until I mentioned it. Also she smoothed the soles of my feet for 3 seconds and they were still rough. I mentioned it and she did it with a different tool. It still was not very good. No one spoke English there so I couldn't tell them what I wanted to say very well.

Wasn't very happy with this salon. The massage chair barely worked and when I mentioned it the manager, he said " its automatic- nothing I can do about it."
