I don't get there as often as I would like, but every time I go, I am made to feel like a welcome valued customer. The steps they take to provide a clean, sanitary environment are far above any other salons. I have had no problems with manis or pedis that I received there. Because of their high quality, they are very popular and busy most of the time. Trust me, if you have to wait a while, they are worth it. The owners are always gracious and thank you as you leave. I didn't realise u had to make an appointment for micro-derm. So when I just walked in at the Cronulla store I was a bit sad I had to wait but I understood. My bad. So I rang the Miranda store. used to be a lot better. this is the second time I've had a pedicure where they have let me soak until the water goes cold...it's like an assembly line get them in get them out as quickly as possible. slow it down and give customers a satisfying experience. Read Less

The bang you get for your buck at this salon is fantastic....plus, everyone is friendly, the nail technicians are detail oriented, and they always squeeze people in and give top-notch service - even when they’re finishing a ten-hour day (I witnessed this first hand tonight). 4 months ago I went to the salon to get my eyebrows waxed and left a very happy customer as usual. Minutes after leaving my kids and I were in a serious car accident that had me trapped and legs crushed in my car for hours while they tried to cut me out. Long story short I had sever injuries and have been in a wheelchair since then and haven't been able to make it back to the salon. Today I finally felt strong enough to go and when I did I was welcomed with such care and enthusiasm to see me . When tweety was all done , I handed her my credit card but she refused to let me pay. Had my eye lashes permed here for the first time, I wish I looked at the reviews before I got them done at Leah's Miranda they look absolutely horrible they aren't even curled they are bent in all different directions and it looks absolutely ridiculous not only that but they feel so uncomfortable, I didn't have a look at them in store properly as I was in a rush when but when I seen them properly in the toilet I almost cried, I went back and about 3 staff told me that they would go down and that was meant to happen, they have not gone down since and this is defiantly not what is suppose to happen! Very disappointing experience. I got the impression that the staff member (I don't know her name as she did not introduce herself or have a name tag) was trying to complete my leg wax as quickly as possible. There was no attempt at conversation, there were no instructions given as to how I should treat my legs afterward, there were clumps of wax still on my legs after she had finished and I had to ask her to complete the hair removal around my costume line as this was not initially removed.
