Sadly there is no 0 rating Ive never had such a painful experience I wanted my existing set soaked off and a new set put on The lady did not listen and laughed and proceeded to lift them off After the 3rd time asking she finally soaked them off ... I then got the new set put on, they are all bumpy and there is acryic gel all over my hands, my nails are all different shapes and lengths The shelac is all dented and lumpy and this is also all over my fingers My fingers are still bleeding As we went to pay she charged me $53 If this didnt already take 2 hours id be requesting for them to redo them ESPECIALLY for $53 I have never been so unhappy with the look of my nails I will now need to go and spend more money on having them fixed somewhere else See More Read Less

I recently moved to Minto and I am trying out new nail shops. As Elite nails is so close by I thought I would try them first. Thursday last week I stopped by to get a pedicure and Mani shellac. Sadly I will never return. Although staff were very friendly my shellac mani looks the face of the moon! There is many bumps all over the nails surface. On first inspection in the shop I did not notice but when I got home in a different light I was shocked. It looks terrible.Very disappointing. Read Less

I have been coming to the salon for 15 or 16 years now! Have always had a great experience and well taken care of by the ladies!! A couple of months ago I took my very hesitant, shy and not so beauty driven mum into the store... and she was thrilled to get her mani, pedi and facial done!! She loves it so much, my mum now goes to the salon on her own without me!! I've just left and this was the worst pedicure I've ever received. The water turned hot and scalded me while the tap was running - twice. The device she used to smooth my nails scrapes the top of my big toe and cut me, which then stung in the water and when she wiped some sort of alcohol wipe over my toes. I had to ask for the nails to be shaped - twice - and actually had to point out where work was required. The colour left a lot to be desired. I'm off home to clean off the residue on my toes (not the nails) myself. Never again. Read Less
