They are just consistently bad and don’t care how you’re nails look. Unevenly filed nails and SNS chipping after a few days. They are busy so they just want to get you in and out as quick as possible....

J&j down the road at Menai is 1 million times better. I only go to pearl to for convenience and I regret it every time. They don't listen, always do a bad Job and don't give a shit when you complain. ...

Went to the ladies bathroom and as I was washing my hands I noticed a staff member from pear nails had used the toilet and proceeded to walk out without attempting to washher hands. When I asked why she didn't wash her hands she smiled and said "no need". Will do it later and left. Good hygiene there. NOT!! I can't believe it !!

This place is pathetic....Got my wife a voucher from here and the service was horrible I was standing there in front of the lady I was ignored While they were speaking in Chinese or whatever nationality they are....since then my wife has gotten infected on both feet from unclean and not sterelised utensils....3 doses of antibiotics and nothing...will be taken further thankyou and think twice before entering this "fantastic" premises.

I am disgusted with the service at pearl nails Menai, went there because I was desperate to have my nails done for a Sunday function. The manager was so rude, staff were interested in quantity and definitely poor quality. Hygiene definitely a issue also, I will never step into that shop again. They do not deserve to be in business!

My toe was badly cut, water was cold, chair didn't work, but I was still charged the full price! Very disappointing, not coming back again :(

I have had a decent shellac mani and pedi here a couple of times now. Prices are quite reasonable compared to CBD prices. The attention to detail (which is how I judge mani/pedis) was pretty good each...
