Extremely Poor Service and I definitely won’t go back! I had my nails done yesterday and had to come in again today to get them re-painted only to leave disappointed again. My pedicure was done really well although the lady that was originally providing the service decided to take another client mid job. I then started getting my manicure done and ended up having to file my own nails because the shape was so bad. I asked them to stop and told them I would pay for my pedicure although they wanted me to pay $75 even though the service wasn’t done properly. My cuticles have now been cut as I requested they drill back the paint which hits my skin now from re-doing the nail polish when I came in the second time. Wouldn’t recommend at all! Read Less

I just got my lashes done today in this place and the worst eyelash extensions I ever have. After I finished my eyes were so stingy, I checked my eyelashes looks so horrible so much glue and so chunky. I told the lady there's too much glue and wanted her to remove just the excess glue but due to poor English she couldn't understand me, she basically just told me to brush off my lashes...so I just left so upset and I just paid. I will never ever recommend anyone to get your lashes done in this place. The photo couldn't justify how ugly this in person...the light reflection in the photo is where the glue at its thickest.. gappy and visible white chunky glue. I wasn't going to get my lashes done here but I was in a rush and not enough time so I came here. So disappointed what a waste of time and money. Now I have to find a place to remove these ugly eyelash extensions for me and get them redone! Read Less

This is my local nail salon and I think they are great. I always get a shellac acrylic infill, eyebrow wax and eyebrow tint. My nails last ages, doesn't chip or break and I love my eyebrows. Prices are fair as well Read Less

Pleaseeeee! Does even this place has a manager or someone who really cares and do something about the horrendous service they have there???? I do want a reply back! I am not sure from where to start, let's list the issues I have been experiencing in a year that I have been going to get my SNS done: - Once you get there no one say hi kindly ( you never feel welcome) to you and if they do it's like a face of what do you want they even ask you that in a non polite way at all. - They talk in their language the whole time and some times it is about us ( I can not talk their language but you can tell when they are talking about the customers) -They always hurt the same finger and when I say to be careful because I have a skin conditions they just say sorry and hurt me again! - The endless wait until you get your nails done is unbearable, the 20 mins wait can be 40/60 you really never know. - When you can not use your hand because these ladies are in charge of them and they need to swap hand they just hit my hand to ask me to change hand, I do believe that is so rude - They ask you to pay before the apply the final top coat with a very bad attitude - Once, one of them was telling me off because I washed my hands with soap instead of water, if I knew it, whatever the point is that you are paying for a service and that's the treatment I get??? I keep continue ranting about it and I never do this kind of reviews but seriously, most of the customers that we arrive there get quite the same poor quality service and these ladies do not care at all. The wife and I received pedicures. The end product was average at best which is the only reason I give 2 stars. No leg or foot massage was given. No drinks offered. No music playing. No television. My wife had to ask if it was done after 15 minutes of sitting in the chair with the staff looking at their phones. The overall experience was no good. Read Less

I did eyelash extension here. It’s the worst one I have experienced. Neither the quality and the skill. The staff can’t understand what I want. The eyelash looked mess and kept less than one week. I would never try it in this store again. Not recommended. Read Less

my nail is not dry properly.. and i tough it was. because they use the nail dryer but it wasn't dry properly. and all the nail broken.. and also they don't speak clearly to me instead of explain to me they laugh at me because i wasn't sure what they say in front of the other customer. Very rude and terrible customer service! I walked in for an appointment and the older lady there said they would be 5 mins, ten mins later I said I would come back and they said no stay they won't be long but I waited another 10 mins. When the older lady was doing nails she was very rough and when she asked if I liked how they were looking I asked if she would correct a nail that was not fully covered she blamed it on me and through the rest of my appointment she spoke very loud and rudely in another language. Very uncomfortable experience. When I asked to speak to the manager or owner she said she didn't have one. Do not reccomend this place at all, if I could give it zero stars I would. Read Less

I had a gel manicure on a Saturday and by Thursday it was peeling off. When i went back to get them fixed Richard told me there would be no charge if he just fixed the nails that started to peel. I said no bc I didn't want it to happen with the other nails and that it was obviously done wrong. He charged me $15 and refused to take my credit card which is illegal in the first place and encouraged me to use his atm (which he gets a profit from) I will never go back here and I will spread the word!😁 Read Less

I've been at this place many times. There's always some kind of issue. I got lucky once but the other times OMG! I don't recommend you this place at all. Today they made me a mistake with the colour, no apologies the girl just laughed at me and told me it was my fault. So I paid full price for something I didn't like! I won't go there anymore. Im a regular customer and come here fortnightly, I find the customer service friendly and workmanship excellent. I see Kate all the time.
