I went to get my nails done here at 5:00pm, when they closed at 5:30pm - which was clearly an inconvenience for them. I had two separate people doing each hand, who were rushing through everything so fast... I ended up with different nail shapes on each hand because they didn't bother to ask what I wanted. The end product doesn't look so bad, although the gel polish chipped around the corners a few minutes later because it was so poorly done. Wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They just didn't seem to care!

MY NAIL IS FALLING OFF DUE TO AN INFECTION I GOT HERE.
To start this off, I am such an easy going person. Nothing ever makes me angry or upset and I’ve never written a negative review in my life, until now.
This is the worst service I have ever received in my life. I walk in and ask how long it would take to just have a shape and polish and one lady said “sit down and pick a colour” and even though she ignored my question, I did just that. I picked me colour and a lady started shaping my nails. She asked me which shape I would like, I said square and she said I couldn’t have square and I said, okay whatever you think. She squared off one of my nails and said, is this okay? And I said just do what’s easier for you. So she rounded off each of my nails at different lengths and then said “pay now so you don’t have to get your card out with wet nails” so i got my card out and she said “no, there is a $25 dollar limit” and I said “I don’t mind, just charge me $25” and she said “no, you have to get cash out” and I said “just do some art or something to make it worth $25” and she “I can’t do art” so I said “give me shellac then”
She started to give me shellac and got frustrated bc she didn’t know how to work the light machine (she thought it worked by motion sensor and got angry at me when it didn’t turn on).
Gave me the absolute worst manicure and I now have an infection and my NAIL IS FALLING OFF.
seriously. Don’t waste your time hereeeeee. Not worth it at all.

This has got to be the worst manicure/pedicure iv ever had. My nails are all different lengths i asked her to fix it she said they are all the same (they clearly not the same length) the skin wasnt taken of my nails properly. They are shaped unevenly and left rough. The nail polish hasnt been applied smoothly i was in an out in less then 25mins which was an absolute joke esp considering the place was enpty (mani pedi done seperately) And to top it all off the place was absolutly filthy!!!! You would thing with 6 people doing nothing they could clean a little.

This nail salon is terrible. I have been here on 3-4 occasions to get a full set of acrylics considering it is closeby and each time it takes them almost an hour and a half to do the set while constantly talking to each other which delays the entire acrylic process significantly. They are also overpriced, the majority of salons in Sydney charge $35 for a full set whereas they charge $50 (not gel). Irrespectively, its not worth it because they don't do a good job at painting the nails with polish amongst other things. One lady with glasses didn't even paint the entire thumb and left the tip of it white, which looks dodgy, rushed and unprofessional. Two separate ladies have also cut my cuticles and scraped my nail from filing and shaving too much of the nails with the tools they use on more than one occasion causing my nails to bleed. I do not recommend this nail salon at all. It was also particularly disappointing as I came in one occasion to get one broken nail fixed and the entire hands repainted with a different colour. The lady told me it was $20 total whereas the price on their brochure says a nail repair is $5 per nail and $10 for polish. After clarifying that price with her and finally agreeing that it was $15. She told the lady at the counter to charge me $20 still. Absolutely horrible, save your money and time ladies and go elsewhere :)

This place was so disappointing. The lady started doing my nails and then decided to take a phone call. I had to sit ther across from her for 5 minutes in silence while she casually chatted to someone...
This place was so disappointing. The lady started doing my nails and then decided to take a phone call. I had to sit ther across from her for 5 minutes in silence while she casually chatted to someone on the phone, ignoring me entirely, and at the astonishment of me and another lady who commented "what a way to make you feel special!" I indicated that I had chosen a colour and she exhasperatedly pulled her phone away from her ear and said "what?", irritated that is interrupted her important coversation on the phone. She continued to talk on the phone, then finally clicked at another employee and pointed to me as if to say "take care of this."
The second woman wasn't much better, jabbing at my nails and making 7 of them bleed before she was through. Incredibly rude service, I will never come back to this place.

Wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place. I had the most rubbish pedicure the other day. She just waved the emery board over the toenails and pumice over the heels so was left with rough heels and ridged nails. The biggest problem was the polish she used she continually added acetone to thin it down and an hour later it was still not dry and it marked very badly. No takeaway thongs either so had to put my socks and runners back on. Not happy will never go back there. A total waste of time and money.

I think I would give them a 3.5 if I could because they did cut my big toe and it really hurt Charlie! However, my nails look awesome and I asked for flowers which I am a little particular about and I love the design she did. The hand and foot massage with my mani/pedi was good and so far the polish has lasted an acceptable amount of time. The colour selection was good also. The staff were polite and kind and the sound of their vietnamese conversations reminded me of my nail salons in Vancouver. Just a note to us North Americans who are used to them basically shaving the dead skin off our feet, they don't seem to do that here in Australia. This place did a quick foot scrub but if you find those places that make your feet feel like a babies bottom, please let me know.I would go here again but hopefully they don't make me bleed next time!The cost of my mani/pedi was $50 which seems reasonable although there is a place on King St. that will do it for $35 but I haven't been there yet. The flowers were an extra $10

Gave one star because I couldn't give none. Went in to get infills and needed to have 3 nails repaired. 'Technician'recommended replacing the lot and i agreed. Then she and another girl started ripping my nails off by slipping an unused tip between my acrylic and my actual nail. I told them they were really hurting me but they wouldnt stop. One last bit of acrylic on my thumb was particularly stubborn and was eventually ripped off down to the nail bed. My middle left nail was ripped off and was bleeding the whole way across my nail bed. Pain was awful. When i asked if they should be soaked off they eye-rolled. During the full-set they made 4 of my fingers bleed And glued new tips straight over my raw wounds. The shellac paint job was horrendous and started peeling that night. Also noticed that night that some of my nails had been ground down to the skin underneath at the cuticle. Now, a week later, huge stripes of the shellac have peeled off and there's a hole in my thumb nail at the cuticle that is still horribly sore to touch. Just dont go there!!!!!!

I usually have no problem making my manicure last to perfection for at least 3 days. 3 days is a no brainer. Beyond that, I'll get a minor chip or two and by day 6 it looks completely ratty and has to come off. I have really good natural nails too - they look nice and don't break easily.Well 2 days after my Dezire manicure, practically every nail is chipped like its day 5 and I have a major break. It matters how they file your nails. Certain ways of filing make the nail prone to breaks. Not going to bother getting manicures here again. It was more expensive and did not last AT ALL, same nailpolish brand too (OPI).

I went to get my nails done here at 5:00pm, when they closed at 5:30pm - which was clearly an inconvenience for them. I had two separate people doing each hand, who were rushing through everything so fast... I ended up with different nail shapes on each hand because they didn't bother to ask what I wanted. The end product doesn't look so bad, although the gel polish chipped around the corners a few minutes later because it was so poorly done. Wouldn't go back, and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. They just didn't seem to care!

To start this off, I am such an easy going person. Nothing ever makes me angry or upset and I’ve never written a negative review in my life, until now.

This nail salon is terrible. I have been here on 3-4 occasions to get a full set of acrylics considering it is closeby and each time it takes them almost an hour and a half to do the set while constantly talking to each other which delays the entire acrylic process significantly. Wish I had read the reviews before I went to this place. I had the most rubbish pedicure the other day. She just waved the emery board over the toenails and pumice over the heels so was left with rough heels and ridged nails. The biggest problem was the polish she used she continually added acetone to thin it down and an hour later it was still not dry and it marked very badly. No takeaway thongs either so had to put my socks and runners back on. Not happy will never go back there. A total waste of time and money.

However, my nails look awesome and I asked for flowers which I am a little particular about and I love the design she did. The hand and foot massage with my mani/pedi was good and so far the polish has lasted an acceptable amount of time. The colour selection was good also. Beyond that, I'll get a minor chip or two and by day 6 it looks completely ratty and has to come off. I have really good natural nails too - they look nice and don't break easily.Well 2 days after my Dezire manicure, practically every nail is chipped like its day 5 and I have a major break.
