I've been going to No1 nails for 5 years and I love it. My nails are always beautiful and fantastic when I leave. Lily and the girls are kind, patient, passionate, very attention to details and offering very honest services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Would definitely recommend!

I had a $22.00 manicure with nail polish however one day later it was flaking off not just a chip. I called to let them know and she offered to fix the problem however when I got there she said I had to have the same colour and they would paint the nails effected. Seeing I had to drive there I asked if they could do the entire job again, I might say they were not happy about it. This morning I woke up and it’s the same issue the polish has flaked ( no excessive hand washing involved) I will never go there again really bad service and terrible attitude.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Overpriced and left me sitting waiting for my nails to be seen to for almost half an hour with acetone on them. Terrible place

Worst nail service ever. They don't properly remove the skin, they speak in vietnamise between them, they didn't remove the nail polish properly and I even have 2 cuts on my fingers.

The worst pedicure I've ever gotten. I walked in for the deluxe pedicure, and the woman was finished in 10 minutes. Should have been named the express pedicure. She only put one coat of polish on my toes, and used old, dirty toe separators. After her 10 minutes of of service she went straight back to her phone. I feel like I interrupted her, and was an inconvenience.

Came in here today to remove an old set of acrylic nails and get another - 39$ for new set is a great price and only 59$ for shellac on acrylic. The staff were very helpful and friendly with attention to detail, as my nails were drying I smudged one and I didn't even have to point it out the technician was already redoing it for me. Thanks ladies I will be back!!

I've been going to No1 nails for 5 years and I love it. My nails are always beautiful and fantastic when I leave. Lily and the girls are kind, patient, passionate, very attention to details and offering very honest services. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Would definitely recommend!

I called to let them know and she offered to fix the problem however when I got there she said I had to have the same colour and they would paint the nails effected.
