I like this place! I used to go to another nail place in manly but was getting disappointed with them as my nails weren't lasting!! So I decided go to nail tech instead. They are a little bit more expensive but the paint on my nails last now and they do such a neat job. The ladies and gentleman who work there are really lovely. Happy to have conversation with you and are very happy to leave you alone if you just want some time out! My mani and pedicure cost $62 which I thought was very good price. If you use card though they do charge a $1-$2 surcharge which is a bit annoying. Read Less

Not cheap, but I thought the service was wonderful and they did a really nice shellac manicure and spa pedicure. They didn't do much on the cuticles or on the dry skin on my feet, but that may have been available for extra $$. Read Less

I really love this place. Have been going here for years now and staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are definitely higher then other nail salons around but you are paying for what you get. They use all quality products and mostly chemical free. When I walk out of here I know that I am not going to get a nail fungus, as the hygiene is right up there. Once you go here you never want to go anywhere else. Just love it here.Read Less

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. DO NOT GO HERE. I am new to Manly and came into get a set of acrylic nails, my nails naturally are short and I like the extensions with acrylic. I came in and they were able to take me right away, I was having my nails done by the owner/ manager of the salon and she made me pay before the service was even started as she said my nails would be wet. I paid 78$ for absolute shit. She put on my extensions and immediately cut them to the... lame length as my original nail, I was completely shocked and she realized the look on my face when she said "oh I didn't even ask you what length you wanted" (What's the point in extensions for them to be the same length??)I said I usually do them longer, she continued to put on the acrylic, I was in a rush for work and wish I hadn't left until I was satisfied. I went back the next day on my break at work and told her I really wasn't happy with them and would like them filed down and re done or at least removed - I couldn't even look at them! She told me she couldn't remove them or do anything about them as they were "too new" and would ruin my nail beds... if you know anything about nails you would know getting acrylic nails in the first place isn't the best for them, she was also chatting to what seemed like a friend on the phone while doing another clients nails. What horrible customer service from the manager of a salon... Will definitely not return and what a waste of my money... Found another nail place a couple stores down who not only filed my nails off but did a fantastic job for half the price. I just got the worst pedicure ever. I am sitting in the shop repainting my toes myself bc u can see through the nail polish....and if I wanted them.to put another coat on I'd have to wait 20 minutes... so I'm doing it myself.  I am not a picky patron and I'm on vacation so I'm in a relaxed good mood. I picked out a coral opi nail polish but it was thin and kind of sheer. So I picked out a similar matte pink to use as a first coat and then asked to put the coral on top. First girl working on my feet said no problem. Midway through the manager (miho) starts working on me. She doesn't really get all the dead skin but I don't ask her to redo it, it's fine. When she asked what color, I explained that the color I want is really thin so asked that she put another light color underneath. She said if I did that it would come out streaky and if you out more than one coat on it would be fine. When it's done... nail polish is not evenly applied and u can see my nail on some parts. I show the lady and she said it's be my nails are not flat so no matter what she does it will look like this... This ain't my first pedicure ...I was so pissed. Horrible horrible horrible. Love this place! It is so nice and refreshing to walk into a place with such friendly staff. Me who cannot make a decision when choosing colours, to have someone help me and match a colour to my skin tone is awesome. The salon is always so clean and the team at nails tech can always fit me in. My shellac has always lasted 2+ weeks and would not go anywhere else but nails tech! 5 stars all the way! Read Less
