Agree with elena if you want a rough pedicure go there all was ok until got stabbed in toe with the cuticle tool. Never knew i had to pay to get stabbbed lol.Also don’t smile at them or ask any other ... Read More
Agree with elena if you want a rough pedicure go there all was ok until got stabbed in toe with the cuticle tool. Never knew i had to pay to get stabbbed lol.Also don’t smile at them or ask any other questions then about their salon other then their prices. It’s too much effort for them to smile back or to answer a simple question concerning the level of Westfield’s they are on you’d think they’d know been there long enough. If I could give this place a 0 right now I would. I’ve been here a few of times in the past and have never walked out satisfied with my nail length, because they were never even. As soon as I get home, I would have to file everything myself. However, this previous Thursday night has done it for me. I went in, for a mani/pedi and was charged $90 for it. I also only went in because my friend loves going there so I thought, ok fine, should be ok. Yeah I thought wrong. Everything was going well.. but once my previous shellac was off and it was time to clean my nail, cut it etc, the lady was way too rough on my toes, that I began to twitch, in pain. I walked out with really sore toes, most of all my right big toe, but I did not think anything of it. Come Friday morning, my right big toe was in quite some pain (once again, didn’t think much of it). By Friday afternoon, I had noticed that my toe was swelling up and red. By Friday night, I had pus coming out of it. They infected my toe. And now here we are, 2:15am on Saturday night and I am unable to sleep because I am in agony. Whether I call, or go in store and complain, it’s too late to do anything about it now. They can un-infect my toe and I sure won’t be getting my $90 back. What a damn waste. I am not a happy customer and I personally will not be going back. Now knowing, that not only do they not sterilise their tools properly, and/or clean the foot spa after every visit, but the last was also very rough with the cuticle and nail cutting. Read Less

Absolutely appalling. I’m not sure if they are always like this, but today was my first time at the Liverpool store because I was in the that area (usually go to Wetherill Park) and the nail technician did such an unprofessional & rushed job! Got there at 3:50pm with my gf to do a full set of SNS and they rushed the job. Nails were uneven and not shaped properly. SNS was bumpy and not filed down evenly. Polish at the end was not set and kept making bumps and marks on every nail after the lady fixed it TWICE and told me it was dried up. I understand they close at 5:30pm but if they do not want to do a proper job then they shouldn’t have accepted to do mine and my gfs nails at 4pm to begin with if all they’re thinking about is getting out on time. My gfs nails on the other hand, she asked the nail technician to KEEP her natural length and the nail tech filed all of them to the point that she had absolutely no length at all. Very very unacceptable. I was charged $60 and my friend was charged $55 for a service that was absolutely disgusting. Nail technicians disregard our preferences and just do whatever they think is quickest and best for them. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Will NOT be returning to this location. **UPDATE** So I called up and spoke to the manager and informed her of what had happened. She was already aware since she was standing there when the nail technician fixed my nails twice. She tried to give me a solution by asking my girlfriend and I to come back in so that they could "fix" my nails. I told her that I did not want to fix my nails because there was nothing to fix. Everything needed to be done all over again and that would be another 2 hours I would have to waste. So she told me she would do everything again free of charge to make me and my girlfriend happy and to apologise for the inconvenience. I went back in with my girlfriend yesterday and she charged me an extra $35 on top of the $60 I had already paid after the service was finished. I asked her what the charge was for and she said it was because I wanted to change the colour of the SNS. I told her that I changed the colour because I did not like the nail art job the technician did for me on MONDAY because it was a rushed and effortless job and that we spoke about this on the phone prior. The manager refused to let me go free of charge and I did not want to argue with her at her store so I paid her. I am still so unpleased with this sort of service. My fingers were also cut and filed from the previous nail technician and when I came back in the store yesterday, that same nail technician tried to argue with me for being unhappy with her service. I am not one to personally attack people for their service, but if I am paying money for something I expect my moneys worth. The management and customer service at Pearl Nails Liverpool is absolutely horrific. However, I do want to thank the two LOVELY nail technicians Kelly and Rose who were absolutely amazing and took their time to do mine and my girlfriends nails the way we liked it. They were so nice and did such an amazing job. I still would not return to that store at that location again. Read Less

I just wanted to tidy my eyebrows: Firstly I was told it would be a ten minute wait... It was a 35 minute wait. Then when I went into the room the room was already occupied by someone so I had to awkwardly stand their whilst someone else got their waxing done. Then when it was finally my turn an old lady walks in (probably a relative of said wax lady) and they begin having a conversation in their own language, which I find a breach of my privacy and very unprofessional... When it's finally finished I pay and leave of course being fair skinned I do go red after a wax especially my eyebrows... But after two hours by eyebrows are still red... Yeahp my eyebrow skin is burnt. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. What a joke! Do not go here, highly unprofessional and very inexperienced. Read Less
