I always get my nails done here but was in there 2 weeks ago and left with a headache. I was getting pedi mani done and for most of the pedi there was 5-6 staff standing around my chair yapping in their own language which I think is rude regardless of how many are there. I was in the salon for over an hour an a half an couldn’t wait to get out of there as my head was thumping. So unprofessional and hopefully if this is read that it’ll change. I had been going to this salon at Lidcombe since it opened. Yesterday, the yelling at each other across the salon and tables was too much. I couldn't tell if the technicians were all arguing or throwing out instructions but it was too noisy and unprofessional. My nails are nice but the visit is no longer a pleasant experience. I felt stressed by the end of it. I wasn't aware there had been a change in management. I was told the ex manager was on a day off. A wholesale market at auction time would be quieter. Read Less

Honestly the highest quality nails from a franchise that I've ever had. I have been going to them every 3 weeks for the past 6 months and NEVER had a nail peel, snap, chip or tear! Always friendly and never ever had a nail stick issue/injury either. Highly recommend! Read Less

When this place first opened i fell in love with this place my nails was done perfectly staff was friendly and waxing was done amazing.. but now since the change of management this place is horrible.. waxing was not done properly was always in a rush.. my mani and pedi was rush and not done properly.. so not happy at all.. I was shocked that the cuticle cutters for both toenails and hand nails were both not sterilized. I asked for full Mani-Pedi and paid for that $42 plys $5 to remove the gelish mani.. I had to give up feet scrubbing when I saw how dirty the scraper she wanted to use. I also had to give up cuticle removing for the same hygiene concern. Don't waste your money or time here. From now on, I'll make sure to check if the tools are sterilized before I use any nail salon. I thought it should be the standard here. But apparently they don't care! Read Less

Worst Experience Ever! I called up to make an appointment at 2.00pm to get infills done, when I got there they told me to come back in 45mins. Then when I came back they asked me to sit down & wait for another 20mins it was an absolute JOKE! I don't get it, They should have told me to come in at 3.00pm when I was making the appointment in the first place over the phone instead of 2.00pm & making me wait. Horrible Manager Very unprofessional & rude the manager has no idea what is happening around her she's not very welcoming & treats her customers like animals, she has a nasty attitude towards customers and is very rough & inconsiderate towards her clients both through attitude and when actually doing clients nails. Worst manager I've ever come across she has her husband working there who really makes everything a lot more uncomfortable. Really good nails! Im very picky with where i get my nails done, and venus nails are my first choice. Very reasonable pricing also. Only issue is how busy it can get because its so popular. I would day book in advance but we still have to wait 10 mins with a booking yet at least you can in before everyone else waiting. Read Less
