Always love this place ... the girls take their time and always do a brilliant job. And it's a really good price. However if you are in a rush they will accommodate your request. Posting for a friend: after having shellac manicure three times (and every time within a week, the shellac is peeling) I thought I would try their SNS as my last attempt. The manicurist was on the phone to her sister and texting her constantly while applying and reapplying the SNS powder. She had to redo a nail three times as she was too distracted. There were three other staff there who were not busy and could have taken over from her, but it appeared as though this was acceptable behaviour. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Great value for money ($40 french tips [$5] with powder nails [$35] - CASH ONLY). Beautiful result. Wonderful experience. The staff were lovely. I was served by both Nicky & Kim. My second ever manicure experience, but this time I had visited some youTube sites to find out more about what is done. I walked in with a bad home done attempt at french polish. The tips were fine, but the pink in the kit was just too pink. I wanted a more natural look. Nicky did a beautiful job of cleaning off my botched nail polish attempt, then worked hard to remove the remaining false tips that were still on my fingers. Underneath revealed some lovely long natural nails that had the protection of the SNS powder system for the past 3 weeks, plus a few days of bad nail polish. Nicky shaped my nail tips to a lovely natural round shape (my request). She buffed the surface of the nail to prep it for the powder. Kim took over and did a beautiful job of applying french tips and natural coloured powder to my nails. I asked for a thick tip. The result is just beautiful. Nicky returned to sand the surface down so that everything was even, edges were smooth, and tips were again a natural round. She then finished the surface with a fixer, then 2 coats of clear, and finally some cuticle oil (with a lovely light citrus scent). A much better experience than my first ever manicure:- my requests were heard. I'm now prepared to go back again and have these nails removed back to my natural nails in 3 to 4 weeks time. Read Less
