I got my acrylics done a week ago and the quality of the paint job is terrible, bordering on embarrassing. Not to mention, the staff were unfriendly and practically ignored their customers.

This place used to be great but the service has gone downhill with time. I’ve noticed at my last appointment that when there were numerous walk ins, the work was rushed and the results less than desirable, with streaks, bubbles and blobs. Filing isn’t done properly and they don’t bother asking you what shape you want. The work also chips earlier than previous. They don’t check on your nails before you leave unless you ask so you’re essentially just left sitting there waiting. If someone makes an appointment and is paying in full, the service should be up to par. If you can’t cater to the number of walk ins, give an appropriate time frame for people to wait and focus on those who are already there and paying for a service. Really disappointed as I really like the place, or I did anyway, but it feels like an utter waste of money if they’re just going to rush the job to try and get to the walk-ins. Why bother making an appointment? Why spend money on a luxury? This was a treat to myself and something I don’t get often so parting with x amount of money for shoddy work is less than ideal and insult to injury.
The only upside is I didn’t get passed around to different technicians and left to wait an exorbitant amount of time with water going cold in the pedicure chair (again, made an appointment) and feeling myself age like I’ve experienced at the salon in West End plaza.

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten! They left the dirt underneath my nails, didn't make them the same length or shape. Then on top of it all they gave me the wrong color of nail polish. After I said it was wrong they said I would have to wait since it already went through the light to dry, but I did not want to wait since I have already been there for over an hour with different people doing each step of my nails. Absultly hate my nails and they still had me pay full price! Wish I could have got a better service while I'm on vacation.

While I was there I had a very difficult time dealing with the man who was doing my nails. I tried extremely hard to tell him I didn't like the shape he did but he kept shutting me off. Considering I got these done the day before my formal and paid $50 I feel as though they should've been more considerate. Very upset because now I have to pay t0 get them done somewhere else and pay MORE money, which I don't have. not happy at all and never going back.

Would not recommend this place to get your nails done - extremely expensive and l could say the worst job l have ever seen - it costed me 85$ for a pedicure and refill on my nails with normal nail polish - the nails look disgusting - would add pictures if l could - l have paid another salon $35 to fix them up looking 150% better

This place used to be great but the service has gone downhill with time. After I said it was wrong they said I would have to wait since it already went through the light to dry, but I did not want to wait since I have already been there for over an hour with different people doing each step of my nails.
