I'm not the type to leave bad news! But this is the worst nail salon I have been to. They have no respect for their customers. They just care about money. I had SNS done by this inexperienced lady who did not do a good job because my sns was chipping and I lost a nail. However the manager refused to return my money or even do the service again!! I have tried many many nail salons and this would have to be THE worst experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I had previously had a bad first experience in this salon, but had decided to give them another go. Big mistake! Never again! Every nail was a different shape, thickness & length! I left with 2 large slices in my cuticles where the tech lost control of the drill, & also had to rip my hand away multiple times due to a shocking burning sensation from the drill being held on my nail too long.. Super rough job..! I've also had better pedicures and foot massages from my 8 year old niece.. once again different shape and length on each nail. Just an overall can't be bothered attitude.. Is used to go there to get my nails done, I decided for the SNS. It was okay (but not perfect) the first few times but last month my nails looked terrible. The shape was weird and each of my nails looked different. I had to do a lot of work at home afterwards... also the woman told me that she wasn't the best person to do the SNS nails? Seriously? When I made the appointment I told them what I wanted so I expect someone experienced to be there. I ended up with 3 broken nails within the first week, after 2 weeks all of them were gone. YF is very relaxing and surprisingly calm, very clean and neat. I've done acrylic nails and they were neat and perfect! My Mom also had done hers, Acrylic nails with ANC black shimmer, it's beautiful! It was worth the price. Very professional and the staff didn't rush their work, so I'm very glad of the result. I have been having my acrylic nails done all over the place for the last 8years. Now living on the North Shore thought I'd try out the nail places around there. For all the places I've been to in 8 years, never have I ever had a salon take such meticulous care with my hands and nails and making sure it was exactly as I wanted the whole way through. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, I wanted eyelash extensions but wasn't sure which ones and everything was explained to me and I ended up getting mink natural set eyelashes. They are just what I wanted and I was surprised I couldn't feel them at all! They look so great and natural, have been getting a few compliments too which is always nice!
