Dreadful experience which resulted in me in tears to my husband. After being sleep deprived from having a teething baby, my husband was lovely enough send me to get a spa mani pedi. I told the ladies when I got there and they seemed lovely enough. When seated I had two rush over to begin and didn’t speak a word to me and laughed at me every time I tried to make conversation and then talked in their own language the whole time ignoring me. They did the whole thing in 20mins and I left with chipped, uneven polish and more exhausted then when I came in from feeling so annoyed and frustrated. I've been a few times all with similar results, it's basic and a bit pricey (Cronulla is expensive so that's not a surprise). I'm not fussed that their English isn't fantastic, but the talking about and around all the customers but rarely to the customers gives me an isolated unfriendly feeling when visiting. I am always met with a smile though. They seem to have trouble with gel polish, most of the techs don't apply is precisely and just wipe (or use cuticle cutters) to remove any they get on and around your nail, this breaks the water tight seal gel polish creates so you'll never get 2 weeks out of it (at least I don't, usually only 3-5 days which, well its just sad from a professional place) and I have chipped my toenail polish only a few hours after the last pedicure. The pampering varies sometimes you get a great massage and hot water for your feet, other times the water is tepid and the massage chairs aren't on. I get the same results with Gel on my nails, it just never lasts. I do like the hot stones they use though, that's a lovely relaxing touch. Read Less

Terrible Experience!! I payed $55 for a full set of acrylics with shellac nail polish and the polish started to chip the next day! One of the nails fell off only 2 days after getting it done. The nails were uneven and crooked! My friend asked for a specific shape for her nails and they gave her a completely different shape and a soon as she complained they started to argue with her. BEWARE! I purchased 2 pedicure vouchers 6 months ago, for my mum and aunt's birthdays. My aunt's handbag was stolen recently along with the voucher. I spoke to Michelle, the owner of Fingertipz, about replacing the voucher but despite presenting one of the vouchers, she refused to check her records and replace the other voucher. She was extremely rude and yelled at my elderly mother in the store. After reading other reviews, it looks as though other customers have also experienced poor service at this salon. Read Less

Would put no stars but there is no option. No idea about customer service. At $47 for a pedicure would expect to have at least a 10 minute massage not be done in 25 minutes all up. Heard them talking about an old lady customer next to me in very gross and rude terms. Plus many others. This was about my tenth visit. Too many chances. Will drive that bit further away for kind and genuine service. They think because they speak mostly in Vietnamese they cant be understood until now when there is the one customer who does understand!
