The owner Mary ripped off my wife.
We went in 2 weeks earlier and my wife got her nails done, Mary the owner was trying to convince us to do the more expensive Shellac option. We agreed to come back and get it done next time.
When my wife went back today to get the Shellac option Mary did it and then told her the price was considerably more then she told us it was the previous visit. My wife had no option to pay as the job had already been done.
This is extremely poor service and we will not be going back.
Mary you made more money on her today but she will never be back after this.

I’ve been going to Mary for 13yrs now and whenever I’m back from overseas, Mary is always my first stop! She is always perfect and the only one that can do pink and white powder RIGHT!

I had SNS with Mary a few weeks ago and the result is outstanding! It's still nicely in tact until now! Come early though as the salon gets busy.

Amazing! This hair salon is a great place to go some shade of blonde. If it were me, I'd have named the salon Blond-eye! They gave me a balayage/foils and a cut. The appointment took almost 3 hours!! ...
Amazing! This hair salon is a great place to go some shade of blonde. If it were me, I'd have named the salon Blond-eye! They gave me a balayage/foils and a cut. The appointment took almost 3 hours!! Crazy how long it took. But I've never walked out of a salon feeling so good about myself! Thanks ladies!

This salon is one of the best in BONDI & Sydney.. I'm super fussy with hair stylists, colourists & products! These guys are amazing NAILED IT. They did the best balleage I've ever had. Plus it's in the QT arcade ground floor, nice & private.Mary the owner is an absolute megababe who has always squeezed me in for last minute appointments.

The staff are absolutely beautiful, amazing and lovely. When they say they are blonde experts they are not lying. I am someone who goes from brown to ombré, balayage to brown again cuz I'm bored. Always wanted to just go the straight blonde but told let's just do foils a few times. Which going blonde is a process I know and accept that. But the amazing Luke, is the first to actually sit and think about a way to tackle my bronde hair. The staff collaborated with each other to see what could work best to get me along my dream of being blonde. This I think was nice, they really do care about you and your hair at hair cartel. The thing I loved the most was that they didn't try and rush me along and find the quickest solution. No I was there all day and was happy to because Luke was happy to help me get closer to my dream. At no time did I feel like they were rushing my hair or getting over it. Because of this, and the time and effort that was put into me I recommend hair cartel to everyone. Honestly you will not be disappointed. Also all new customers get 20% off their first visit. Who can say no to that.

I had a really nice experience whilst doing my nails with Mary she was honest and truthful. It was my first time doing SNS and loved them fascinated by the whole dipping thing.

Mary is so great! I walk in and she picks my shape and colour, then we have the funniest conversations and i walk out laughing. She always takes care of my daughter and they start whispering and laughing then stare at me. Hahaha. I will never ever go to another nail place. She's fast, efficient and just great to hang with. The owner Mary ripped off my wife.
We went in 2 weeks earlier and my wife got her nails done, Mary the owner was trying to convince us to do the more expensive Shellac option. We agreed to come back and get it done next time.
When my wife went back today to get the Shellac option Mary did it and then told her the price was considerably more then she told us it was the previous visit. My wife had no option to pay as the job had already been done.
This is extremely poor service and we will not be going back.
Mary you made more money on her today but she will never be back after this.

The staff are absolutely beautiful, amazing and lovely. When they say they are blonde experts they are not lying. I am someone who goes from brown to ombré, balayage to brown again cuz I'm bored.
