Previously nail work has been good/reasonable prices but wasted my time today in my going up and standing outside a closed shop for 15 minutes when they're meant to open at 9, and then having to leave as they would not be able to finish my appointment in time for me to get to work if I had stayed. Will know to only go again if I have ample time/no commitments that day. Read Less

Since I live close I had used Cindys a few times . Wasn't thrilled . Great fir eyebrows though. Tried again this May and got Gina ! Wow finally a great pedicure . Takes her time and used a rotary brush on my nasty rough big toes . Was just very satisfied with the massage also .?went back to her in July and now in august .? Only tech I'll use ! Read Less

Cindy's used to be a regular stop for me on my way home from work, back when they were over near Tops on Delaware and Sheridan. I relocated and finding my way over to them was harder but I still got a mani or pedi a few times a year. My most recent visit was bad enough for me to say no more Cindy's. Waited, in a pedi chair, for an hour waiting for a nail tech. My water became cold and the product that was used in the water actually dyed the skin from my ankles down blue for two days! The nail tech who finally came over never asked me what type of pedi I wanted and actually went to assist another customer before completing my pedi. Another tech came over and painted my nails as quickly as humanly possible and walked off without ever confirming if I was finished or not. Sorry Cindy's, it's not me, it's you, and I'm done. I have only been coming here for a few months now. You don't always get greeted but I almost always go at peak times (after work or weekends). The thing I like is that there is always plenty of staff working. U may have to wait a little bit but they follow the sign in sheet and I haven't had an issue. I've had 3 pedicures and they were not rushed or poorly done. I don't get my nails done here as I have a regular girl who does them. But I've had 3 good pedicures so far. Read Less

I have been with Cindys nails for like 2 or 3 years and Im very happy with the gel polish and the way the polish lasts. Np chipping like with regular polish and it lasts for a good 3 to 4 weeks. The staff is pleasant and all do a great job!!! I would recommend you try them for your nails!!! Read Less
