If it gave me the option to rate this place lower than I would have done so.
I booked in for an infill at 6:00 when on the phone “I was told not to be late or no nails”
I was there ready 10 minutes...

I booked in for an infill at 6:00 when on the phone “I was told not to be late or no nails”
I was there ready 10 minutes before my appointment. AFTER waiting over and hour and 20 mintues to be seen I refused the service as they said another 10 mintues.
Don’t take a booking if you can’t do what the booking is for.
Also 7 workers but only 2 are doing nails, what a joke.
WONT BE BACK
Oh and the worst part is they sit there and talk shit in there language.
Absolutely below average service or lack of service LOL

3rd time going there, thought I would try them one last time. Yesterday went in, had 3 different nail technicians, continually swapping. Was in there for around 1 1/2 hrs, only 2 other clients but one...
3rd time going there, thought I would try them one last time. Yesterday went in, had 3 different nail technicians, continually swapping. Was in there for around 1 1/2 hrs, only 2 other clients but one spent whole time sitting filling up bottles.
Would not accept eftpos for $40.00 SNS nails. Then had to go and get cash out, when went back to salon, was ignored by 2 staff standing around, one young girl came to me and helped me.
Today, nail already broken, won’t go there again. Terrible service and staff.

Its disappointing that often nail technicians are swapped around while you are having your nails done. Also often have loud conversations in a foreign la language

Been coming here for sometime the lady that does my nails wasn't in and my 10 year could do a better paint job won't be back

I walked in to ask to get my eye brows done and I had taken $12 out to pay and then the lady doing my eyebrows started doing my upper lip too even though there was nothing. Then I thought maybe is it’...
I walked in to ask to get my eye brows done and I had taken $12 out to pay and then the lady doing my eyebrows started doing my upper lip too even though there was nothing. Then I thought maybe is it’s just something nice extra they do for their customers. Then at the till they judged me extra for it and even made me walk back to get more money out, when it was her fault. On top of that my eye’s weren’t thinned like how I had asked.

Dont speak any english, poor service she left me on my own not knowing if shes finished with me, didnt paint the clear top coat properly and left one nail clear top coat unpainted
