I am beyond pissed.... I went to B N Nail on Friday 1/5/18 and got a fill in and repair, it is now Sunday 1/7/18 and two of my nails have snapped in half with no force and one is cracking. Not even two whole days. $35 I paid and I got this now I have to go back on Monday 1/8/18 and argue with them about fixing these things for no charge because I refuse to pay for this twice

They stuffed up. The gel hardener hurt from gettco n my nail is damaged n falling off never ever will go back or suggest anyone to. Only good thing I liked was the colour changing nail polish.

I just came to this nail salon in Raleigh yesterday and it’s my new favorite go-to salon! The decor is so beautiful and elegant! My favorite part was that they serve delicious complimentary drinks EVERYDAY. I also loved their HUGE polish selection. I got a mani/pedi and was very happy with it. I also had a gel wax and they came out great. They made me feel so light and comfortable. Highly recommend!!...

I love B N Nails Salon !!!! i will not ever go anywhere else what i love about B N Nails Salon is that there all so nice & everyone is good at doing nails not just one person & they take there time with you & they all make you feel so comfortable & there all so friendly !!!!!! They also have amazing! She knew exactly what I wanted after trying to explain it, she totally envisioned it with me! I called there after leaving another nail shop very disappointed and luckily she took me in. Their prices are fair, clean place, fast and very efficient! I can give them more 5 light stars because of them deserved! I'll come back B N Nails Salon on regular basis.

I went to B N Nails Salon yesterday morning, my nails were a mess because it had been weeks since I had been busy with my job. I'm so glad that's what we did instead of trying to repair what I had. The pink and white came out beautiful!!! I also had the fancy pedicure, it was so relaxing. B N Nails Salon has to be the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to, no dust anywhere! I also enjoyed the music here, it’s very peaceful. Everyone was so friendly and I was even given an ice cold bottle of water. I will definitely be going back!!

They was quick nice I loved the way they did my nails I didn't have that gap between the cuticle and my nail like u need a full in already she got it as close as she could ima happy camper

This salon did NOT do as they should. The nail tech clipped my nails and tried to force me to get a new set after I stated that I dont have the funds to pay for a full set. Now Im left with a messed u...
This salon did NOT do as they should. The nail tech clipped my nails and tried to force me to get a new set after I stated that I dont have the funds to pay for a full set. Now Im left with a messed up hand full of nothing. Im furious and dont know when I'll be able to get them done now. This is very discouraging. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!!

I am beyond pissed.... I went to B N Nail on Friday 1/5/18 and got a fill in and repair, it is now Sunday 1/7/18 and two of my nails have snapped in half with no force and one is cracking. I went to B N Nails Salon yesterday morning, my nails were a mess because it had been weeks since I had been busy with my job. I'm so glad that's what we did instead of trying to repair what I had.
