Agreed price on the service changed from the beginning to the end, with the staff continually increasing the price. Rude staff who were very difficult to communicate with and deal with. Won’t be returning. REPLY TO STAFF COMMENT: You should edit your gift vouchers to clearly state what is and isn't included. Also note prospective clients: Price increased twice for same service with the added insult of the staff stating that voucher had lapsed which it hadn't. Staff are rude and arrogant. The male was also rude constantly counting the money, looking in his manbag, telling me to 'sit wait' which I did for 35 mins. They were understaffed with 4 customers and only 1 person doing nails. I asked if I could make an appointment and the man laughed at me. The chairs are tacky with the red covering coming off. The carpet is putrid, even at 9am. it needs a thorough vacuum. I saw food, probably the staff's food, stored with the vacuum and other cleaning products. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Overpriced, underskilled and quite rude. Staff have no idea what they are doing and I would guarantee that they have had absolutely no accredited training of any kind in nail care. Recent (and last) visit I asked for SNS nail removal - nail technician hacked at my nails and basically pulled the the gel off of my nails. No soaking or filing. And then had the audacity to overcharge me for her manhandling. Take my advice and stay away from this salon! Read Less

I have been coming here for 3 months now and have never been disappointed with my nails! The girls are super friendly and always have a chat! I broke a nail literally the day after i got my nails done (my fault completely) went back in after work and they fixed it for free! I highly recommend glamorous nails and spa in jerra! Read Less

I have been going to Glamorous Nails Jerrabomberra for approx 18 months, and have nothing but praise for the service I receive. My nails are always impeccable as the ladies are perfectionists and pay attention to every detail. I have SNS Nails done and I am extremely happy with them. My Sister-In-Law and I came in to get in-fills done tonight, and are VERY unhappy with the results. First off, we asked for Almond shaped nails as that was the shape we had previously, and recieved half ass rounded nails. Second, i poined out that my nails were the wrong lengths to one another- they acknowledged that but made them worse. Third, they have given my sister a chemical burn on one of her fingers, as they so carelessly applied a replacement nail. Our nails were horribly filed and look disgusting and ratty, they're painted horribly (a 3 year old could do better) and all of this, because they wanted to go home 30 MINUTES early. After years of prolonged exposure to acrylic nails and gel polish I developed a severe allergic reaction. After removing the acrylic my natural nails were in horrible shape. Lumpy and brittle and absolutely embarrassing. I found natural nail spa and loved their product. Kahla B is a miracle worker! I loved my nails when I left. This is my second time having a gel manicure and I must say, once again disappointed. It hasn't even been a week (3 days) and my gel polished has chipped on two fingers, Wtf!? Gel is suppose to last for at least 2 weeks. The service was and the girl who did my nails was poor. When I first arrived it was not busy but then two others came in and I feel like she began to rush. She didn't even SOAK my nails which was part of the manicure but OK... The other staff lady asked if she needed to heat up the water again for me and she said "No it's ok." And gave her a look. What a ... I know I will never return to the natural nail spa ever again. The atmosphere is so friendly, cozy, and welcoming; the shop always smells nice and the girls there remembered my name by the second or third time I stopped by! The shop is very nice & pretty & super clean. Not sure why I ever had acrylic nails before but I know I won't again after having a gel mani here.
