The rudest of people and every report prior to this is very accurate. Language should not be a barrier to kindness and friendliness.They are VERY inept at filing nails. There are at least 2 other nail places in Hurstville, so no need for anyone to visit ProfessioNail. Awful experience on the twice I have been...shame on me for returning. I really feel the owners are exploiting the staff...very possibly poorly paid. Does NOT deserve one star !

rude and file way too harsh, left now in pain and bleeding on my thumb. the colours on the chart dont match at all and then they literally get mad at you for it?? dont go here

Wouldn't recommend, as they buff and file it harshly (like as if they are in a rush or something). Buffed it so closely on the edge of my pushed-back cuticles, that some skin peeled and started bleedi...
Wouldn't recommend, as they buff and file it harshly (like as if they are in a rush or something). Buffed it so closely on the edge of my pushed-back cuticles, that some skin peeled and started bleeding. Found that there were some dirt and fur-wasn't cleaned properly. My nails are really hurting right now.

I have been a regular customer here, going there for my eyebrows waxing. Couple of times before, they made my eyebrows irregular, grazed my skin and never apologised and always gave absurd reasons like I have thinner skin and so and so.. yesterday, i.e on the 30th July 2017, Saturday was too much, I have a big rash on my eye and is turning brown!!! I am not going to this place anymore!

These people are so rude yes they do speak about us never smile never talk always in a hurry and yes have made my skin of my nails bleed and has led to a nail infection BEWARE LADIES

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I went there 2 weeks ago and now have an infection in 3 toes - not to mention when I posted a complaint on their Facebook they blocked me. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

If i could give minus stars I would. This place is disgustingly horrible and customers are treated so rudely. They speak between themselves making fun of customers. Thank god one of my friend understood and told me everything! And worst is they asked me to choose a colour then they applied something else. When i told them the girl gave me the most horrible look to change it. Because i complained they were very rude to me. They even asked me to leave without my nail polished dried completely!! So my nails were ruined when i went home. Such a waste of money!! Never going there again. Please try other saloons in hurtsville but NOT this one!

When filing down my nail with the electric sander the lady managed to file my skin causing me to bleed. Did not apply nail polish evenly, it ended up all over my skin. Couldnt even remove it because I had Shellac done.

Wouldn't recommend, as they buff and file it harshly (like as if they are in a rush or something). Buffed it so closely on the edge of my pushed-back cuticles, that some skin peeled and started bleeding. Found that there were some dirt and fur-wasn't cleaned properly. Thank god one of my friend understood and told me everything! And worst is they asked me to choose a colour then they applied something else.
