I went as a walk-in this evening to get my waxing done first time and I was VERY happy with the service and the quality of wax that was used. I have been waxing for 18 years and nearly all places I've been, the quality of the hot and strip wax has left my skin sore tender for a few days (especially the strip wax). It was very painless and I left without feeling sore, which is fantastic.
The wax rooms are very clean and tidy without any sticky wax on the floor, table or wax trolley.
Hanan was lovely and welcoming.
I definately will be coming back :)

The staff jasmine was so rude and she rushed doing the waxing and end up not getting it done properly, there was bleeding and lots of wax residues. She looks like she wasnt keen on working there was c...
The staff jasmine was so rude and she rushed doing the waxing and end up not getting it done properly, there was bleeding and lots of wax residues. She looks like she wasnt keen on working there was chewing a gum the whole time wasnt giving clear instructions, just expects me to know where to go and what to do.

The layout of the Hurstville store is horrible,
The beauty therapist, laser and waxing treatments are great, however the store is too small and cramps and I think a better system is needed for making appointments, maybe a ticket system, or a number system, instead of telling everyone “10 minutes “ when in reality the wait is 30-40 minutes.
It will make the store less cramped up with everyone waiting around and instead everyone can come at their actual booked in time.
Other than that, the result of my eyebrows are always really good & the waxing is always done to a high standards with attention to detail
I think by coming up with a better way to manage bookings and customers won’t only make customers happy but also make the staff members happier too

Booking ahead is recommended. You can walk in, but you will wait.
Laser hair removal is well priced.

I'm never going bk again. Iv had 10/10 service at Cronulla every time Iv been in. They have only 2 girls working.

They never knock on the door just walk in no privacy especially when she calls herself the manager

When i first walked in the customer service wasn't outstanding or welcoming and then i got my eyebrows done and i'm extremely disappointed in the result. They are patchy and way too thin for my liking...
When i first walked in the customer service wasn't outstanding or welcoming and then i got my eyebrows done and i'm extremely disappointed in the result. They are patchy and way too thin for my liking. I have naturally thick eyebrows but they have made them way too thin and short and have waxed and plucked them out of their natural shape. I'm very disappointed and do not recommend.

I went as a walk-in this evening to get my waxing done first time and I was VERY happy with the service and the quality of wax that was used. I have been waxing for 18 years and nearly all places I've been, the quality of the hot and strip wax has left my skin sore tender for a few days (especially the strip wax). It was very painless and I left without feeling sore, which is fantastic.
The wax rooms are very clean and tidy without any sticky wax on the floor, table or wax trolley.
Hanan was lovely and welcoming.
I definately will be coming back :)

The staff jasmine was so rude and she rushed doing the waxing and end up not getting it done properly, there was bleeding and lots of wax residues. She looks like she wasnt keen on working there was chewing a gum the whole time wasnt giving clear instructions, just expects me to know where to go and what to do.

The beauty therapist, laser and waxing treatments are great, however the store is too small and cramps and I think a better system is needed for making appointments, maybe a ticket system, or a number system, instead of telling everyone “10 minutes “ when in reality the wait is 30-40 minutes.
It will make the store less cramped up with everyone waiting around and instead everyone can come at their actual booked in time.
Other than that, the result of my eyebrows are always really good & the waxing is always done to a high standards with attention to detail
