This nail salon “ trains” people for 3 days with no pay. 1st they say they will pay minimum wage and create a schedule then “nothing”. This business is being reported to the Department of Labor in El Paso TX. I would not patronize a business that has flourished here in the states but takes advantage of people! I started going here because my old place had made me bleed, but today we paid about $70 and the guy cut my toes twice and the person I went with got a callous removal and they still have the callouses. Need to find a new place preferably one that’s more gentle and doesn’t cut.. Read Less

Well i can only give my experience. I had eyelash extentions done here 6 weeks ago while visiting Sydney. They cost $80 which i thought was reasonable. They were really good and have stayed on until i finally decided to get them removed today only because I was just over them. So who ever done them did an awesome job , thanks . Read Less

I rarely give bad reviews for services and this day I cannot stop myself from rating the service i received from this place. Please do yourself a favour and NEVER go to this place. Below Reasons: 1) They don't know the right way of doing their work - they literally cut of big chunks of your skin on the name of cleaning,. When I asked her to stop as it hurts she was very rough and said I'm only cleaning so it looks good. If you don't want it then you should tell it in advance 2) No customer service, no matter what I said she wasn't bothered at all 3) Unprofessional - They keep talking in non-english language non stop. Well I spend 47.60 and I was not bad.... The nail tech was not in the mood..... He keep telling me that I didn't had much cuticles hahahhaha and I think he was been lazy, he didn't hurt my skin or anything but hey! Not worth the $ spent over health concerns. No tool used for my mani/pedi was sterile or cleansed that they used on me. The place esthetically looks nice on the inside but that doesn't make up for the health guidelines that they should be practicing by. I will never go back! Read Less

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Wanted to take the drive but now regret it tremendously. Got a gel manicure and the lady that I got swore I had acrylic on after I told her twice I didn't have it, and got a lovely attitude after that. She Kept pushing my fingers out of the way, and didn't clean up my cuticles enough and kept stabbing me with her nails. I asked for pink with a white tip otherwise known as French, as she comes back with the color she puts pink as a tip, then got a bigger attitude after I told her that's not what I wanted. Absolutely disgusted with the service received. Waited over 30 minutes and kept being told "2 minutes". I was expect to pay $125 for shellac mani/pedi and wasn't told about the addition charges to take off my previous colour until the very end ($25!!! What a joke). The worst paint job ever. Today my friend and I had the worst mani/pedi we have ever seen! Not just a bad job with nail polish but everything was unbelievably unprofessional! We got cuts on cuticles and they just smiled at us... I have no words to tell the whole experience but I really want to warn people from having the same feeling. My friend and I came here for manicures and pedicures and left extremely unhappy. The paint job was very sloppy. We were left with cuts into our cuticles and paint left around the skin of the nail. Overall the staff were extremely unprofessional, and didn't include moisturiser or exfoliant as advertised in the pedicures. Not worth paying for this service at all. Read Less
