I walked into.the salon & booked an appt & I ad reservations as soon as I walked out & thought to myself "they are going to be over priced, snobby & I will wana cry afterwards cos its gonna b expens...
I walked into.the salon & booked an appt & I ad reservations as soon as I walked out & thought to myself "they are going to be over priced, snobby & I will wana cry afterwards cos its gonna b expensive & I wont b happy" however..
Besides the experience I was having in my head lol the real experience was so much different..
As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a real smile..not those fake ones..I was escorted to a very comfortable sofa type chair which I relaxed into very easily...then I was asked if I wanted a head and neck massage..which I replied with a very quick "YES"....then the hair technician mlby the name of Harriet greeted me in a very friendly & down to earth manner and then asked me wot I wanted done with my over dry unruly curly hair ( she was so sincere it nearly brought me to tears)..anyway I.told wot I wanted..which I thought I was the impossible.."shiny straight unfrizzy hair that didnt look faded amd dead"..she was so confident that she could make my hair look great that I believed her..in the meantime I was given champers and nibbles & in the middle of it I suffered a few menopausal flushes & they were so understanding & caring and I really appreciated it...thn I got the best shampoo conditioner, treatment on a massage chair..then Harriet came back & blow dried hair & did such an amazing job..Im blown away lol..Im a very honest person cos Im a Leo..the peopke were so caring & understanding snd my experience was very luxuriously nurturing & will b definitely going back!

First ever time purchasing this type of vouchor from Groupon as a gift for my daughter inlaw for after she had her twins. For her to be told you cannot book because Groupon sold too many is outrageous...
First ever time purchasing this type of vouchor from Groupon as a gift for my daughter inlaw for after she had her twins. For her to be told you cannot book because Groupon sold too many is outrageous. Never been so dissapointed with the customer service of a business. Even if this is the case they still should be either offering another deal for the same price or adding to it or honoring these vouchors and fight to get reimbursed from Groupon.
Customer service is upmost in a business and this treatment is not enticing people to go there.

I visited the Spa which was a small room in a hair salon but enough to not feel calstrophic also the soft music covers the sounds from the salon and had a shower which was a huge plus if you feel to o...
I visited the Spa which was a small room in a hair salon but enough to not feel calstrophic also the soft music covers the sounds from the salon and had a shower which was a huge plus if you feel to oily after. My mum went before me and really enjoyed it quote 'I in Ni Ni land'.
Felt really relaxed and they worked with my time constraints special mention to reception too, everytime I called they were brilliant. We had a full hour massage, salt body scub and facial.
