A little annoyed, I have used them a bit in the past and usually satisfied with their work.
SNS colours don’t match. What I’ve picked looks nothing like what I got. I asked for a manicure
She eye rolled me and rushed. Cut me multiple times. Wouldn’t fix the colour and still charged me $55. I understand if you want to be pampered go to better places. But when you’re treated like you have put them out when they should be just doing their job. I think is pretty crappy.

I attended this nail salon over the weekend for a shellac manicure and it was a nightmare. The service was incredibly slow and when I was given the solution to dissolve my existing shellac I noticed something floating in it. After shrugging it off and assuming it must have been a part of the solution I soaked my nails in it. I then got talking with another customer in the salon who told me she has witnessed the staff give me a solution another customer had been using prior to me. She then witnessed them funnel this twice used solution back into the bottle. After she told me this I turned around and witnessed the same thing myself. They are recycling products from customer to customer with a complete disregard for the health and safety of their customers. Disgraceful!

I've been in to this nail salon for at least 10 times now. Great service, friendly staff and affordable prices. I travel 30 mins by train and no regrets for long lasting nails. Highly recommended.

Such a great place! The staff are amazing and I have never gotten anything done there that I didn't love whether it was my hair or my nails! I would highly recommend it here! I've been to many different nail salons in London and this one is by far the best!

SNS colours don’t match. What I’ve picked looks nothing like what I got. I asked for a manicure
She eye rolled me and rushed. Cut me multiple times. Wouldn’t fix the colour and still charged me $55. I understand if you want to be pampered go to better places. But when you’re treated like you have put them out when they should be just doing their job. I think is pretty crappy.
