Im not normally somebody to do this, but im absolutely disgusted in the service I’ve received. Today I went into ‘Mimosa Nail’ in Gosford, formally ‘Colour touch nails’ to have my eyelash extensions done. I asked for individual eyelash extensions (and paid the extra $35 for them, compared to the clusters) I have had this done probably 15 times before at another salon, this whole experience was uncomfortable, my eyes instantly stinging and itching, once the procedure was complete the lady told me to open my eyes, I couldn’t, she had stuck them together, then took to my eyes with manicure scissors, once seeing the lashes I was horrified, I looked like a clown, they were short, uneven and patchy. I demanded that she take them off, and she pulled out tweezers with the intention of ripping them out. I asked her if she had the removal liquid and she said no, looking so clueless as to what it was. I then asked to see her certificate as she had none displayed, she told me her boss had it, I asked where she got certified and she said ‘I don’t know’ she couldn’t provide me with an ABN, it wasn’t displayed anywhere nor were any certificates, couldn’t remove the rubbish she had glued onto my eyelids, so I have now had to pull them out myself, taking half of my own lashes with them. So ladies, they aren’t qualified, they are charging you double for cluster lashes and claiming them to be individual lashes and risking damaging your eyes with glue and scissors cutting your bloody eyelids apart because they glue them together Read Less
