I went there to get fake gel nails for the first time. Because I normally get acrylic, I didn’t know how gel nails are applied and to be honest I probably should have researched it, that’s on me. When the applied my “gel” nails I noticed that they used powder just like acrylics. When I went home I found out that gel fake nails are applied using a literal gel and cured under a UV light. I was very disappointed to find that I had paid an extra $20 for fake gel nails that were actually acrylic. Not only that but the person who applied my nails got the product all over my cuticle. When I went back to get my nails removed they popped them off with a metal stick, something that does extreme damage to the natural nail. My nails were weak for months after. I normally have very long natural nails but now they keep breaking. I do not recommend this place.

I went for a simple shellac removal and the girl just started shaping my nails half way during the removal process without asking me or informing me it would be an increased cost. As she was halfway through removing my shellac I assumed it was just part of it and didn't say anything. Later when she charged me extra I VERY politely queried why and made it known I was not informed about the extra shaping cost and it was unwarranted. The manager/owner treated me very rudely absolutely refused to charge me the original price. It is not the extra money (which was nominal) that angers me in this case but the deceitful and greedy behaviour. Beware and clarify everything before you enter!!

I had a simple manicure and left with 2 fingers bleeding where they had over cut the cuticles. won't be going back !

I am quiet rough with my nails and my Acrylics never break. Highly recommend.
Also try the Parafen for your feet they will feel nice and sily afterwards.

Terrible! They did a horrible job on my nails and I left with the shavings and dust still on my hands, bits of fluff on my nails and cuticles half cut half sticking up. I'm going home to re do them myself. They advertise one price and charge another.

I had a set of acrylic nails done today, and when having them applied, I asked for them to be cut shorter, to which she replied no no they need to be this length for the shape you want (coffin) they'll be shorter once I'm done (which they were not and are still way too long). When I went to pay the $40, I was told there was going to be an extra charge because I had my acrylic nails kept long.. Now I see why she didn't want to cut them down any more.
Upon coming home, my nails have been throbbing with pain the entire time. This has never happened before at any other salon.
I would not recommend this salon for acrylic nails at all.

I had a set of acrylic nails done today, and when having them applied, I asked for them to be cut shorter, to which she replied no no they need to be this length for the shape you want (coffin) they'll be shorter once I'm done (which they were not and are still way too long). When I went to pay the $40, I was told there was going to be an extra charge because I had my acrylic nails kept long.. Now I see why she didn't want to cut them down any more.

I would not recommend this salon for acrylic nails at all.
