Have been here before and after accidentally asking for the wrong thing on one occasion, and apologising, had to put up with snide sarcastic comments from the lady who appeared to be in charge as well as conversations about me between the salon workers. I was charged for all of the time they spent on me so they weren’t out of pocket; and then didn’t give me the $5 discount on my loyalty card saying ‘I give it to you next time.’ There won’t be a next time! The worst nail experience i have ever had. I was throughly disappointed not only in the carelessness and lack of training in the staff but their lack of the correct products to even do a basic french tip?! They do not have white or pink acrylic only clear. If you want fake painted nails that will be filed raw before poorly applied tips and acrylic, then this is your place!! I had high hopes as this is very close to me, but it seems i'll have to go elsewhere, Its been weeks and my nails are still sensitive from being filed down too much, i was cut several times by carelessness of my nail technician. For the record I have worked as a nail technician and as had my mother for many years and this is simply not how its done. Read Less
