Had a terrible experience here, I believe it was the owner who did my manicure, she was so rude and did a rushed job with shaping, when I explained how I like my nails to be shaped she handed me the file and said “do it yourself”. Really bad customer service and my nails look worse than when I went in, she also had a little dog running around the shop/my feet. Don’t go here!

I regularly get my nails done - every 2 to 3 weeks so I know the drill. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had to date.
I got a manicure and pedicure. The service was shocking, even had to wait mid manicure for 15 minutes while they attended to another client who had booked. That’s fine but organise yourselves so this doesn’t happen. The manicure and pedicure were very sloppy and messy - worst ever and only lasted one week even though both were shellac.
I never normally write reviews by I felt compelled to let my community know that this place should be avoided.

Only came here because Bella Nails in Leichhardt had full bookings and everywhere was closed as it's a public holiday. Woman doing my nails was super rude, cut me and never apologised, proceeded to cut the same area which was bleeding and after me asking to stop, made weird faces towards my hands shaking her head asking to cut more off my cuticles which didn't need anymore off, she was just going at my skin! Totally do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately such a poor experience.
The greeting and the pedi was fine.
However, when I went to use my gift card my partner had bought as a gift for Christmas the new owner proceeded to tell me that there was no money on it and his book that the old owner gave him had zero written down.
Quite upsetting as a service was provided no matter who the owner was. The new owner even went to the lengths of getting me to call the old owner to question why the card had no money on it?? Very unprofessional. After getting obviously annoyed with the entire situation I just passed the phone to him, in which he said the same thing has happened again?! A bit of joke and a let down. After his conversation with her which should have been done in the first place, my card was valid after all!! Such a waste time. Although my voucher has credit on it I don't think I'll go back, as customers should defiantly not be brought it riffs or confusion between two owners. It was extremely frustrating and defiantly took away the much needed relaxation.

Horrible experience with my waxing. Dont know why I had gone the second time assuming first time experience was just incidentally bad. The owner of the parlour is not so friendly and staff themselves are very aware of the quality of her service and were just nodding in acceptance when I had complained. She tore my skin real bad with almost permanent discoloration,all inspite of me alerting her that I did not enjoy my first service at waxing. When I had my eyebrows done, they did it of unequal length. I would never ever go there again.

Salon had a nice atmosphere and Billie who did my mani was lovely however Nina (the boss) who did my pedi was quite rough and rude to be honest :/
I asked her to be gentler but she kept clipping too far into the cuticle and I also have a painful graze where she rubbed the exfoliation bar against my ankle bone as she wasn’t watching what she was doing!! Then she repeatedly splashed my legs with acetone when shaking out the French correction brush rather than wiping it on the towel which Billie thankfully had the consideration to do :/
It would have also been nice for them to ask what shape nail I wanted, but I didn’t have a choice as they started painting before I could ask!

I have to say, this place is SUCH FUN. A friend brought me here and I have been back every month since! The staff are friendly, they love to innovate and take your ideas on board, so it's always a goo...
I have to say, this place is SUCH FUN. A friend brought me here and I have been back every month since! The staff are friendly, they love to innovate and take your ideas on board, so it's always a good time to visit - no bookings required (yet!) 😉

Friendly staff but would be good to have more staff then waiting so long. And not have trainees do anything unless they know how. Walked out last time with very horrible nail polish

Don't bother with this place just appalling service. I made a booking for 230 which they provided and confirmed only to be kept waiting for 60mins with only a "lady will come and get you wen she finished" stunned considering they've only been open for a month or two.

Had a terrible experience here, I believe it was the owner who did my manicure, she was so rude and did a rushed job with shaping, when I explained how I like my nails to be shaped she handed me the file and said “do it yourself”. I got a manicure and pedicure. The service was shocking, even had to wait mid manicure for 15 minutes while they attended to another client who had booked. That’s fine but organise yourselves so this doesn’t happen. The manicure and pedicure were very sloppy and messy - worst ever and only lasted one week even though both were shellac.

Only came here because Bella Nails in Leichhardt had full bookings and everywhere was closed as it's a public holiday. The greeting and the pedi was fine.
However, when I went to use my gift card my partner had bought as a gift for Christmas the new owner proceeded to tell me that there was no money on it and his book that the old owner gave him had zero written down.

Horrible experience with my waxing. Dont know why I had gone the second time assuming first time experience was just incidentally bad. The owner of the parlour is not so friendly and staff themselves are very aware of the quality of her service and were just nodding in acceptance when I had complained. I asked her to be gentler but she kept clipping too far into the cuticle and I also have a painful graze where she rubbed the exfoliation bar against my ankle bone as she wasn’t watching what she was doing!!
