Over priced on product that chips. When I came back to tell them about it within the next two days of my manicure, they accused me of removing the color myself. It ensued into an argument, and I won't ever return. Worse customer service ever. And it's shocking, because you'd think with the prices, and the set up, that it would be more welcoming. HORRIBLE PLACE. I left bleeding on my toes and they tried to stop me and make me pay $$ before I even had my nails done. They even barricaded the door with their bodies and once I got out, they followed me to my car. Truly unable to describe. Dirty. Read Less

This nail salon was my FAVORITE until the owner did my nails The crevice and staff was friendly to me and I never had to wait in line because it's never full. I always gave it 5 stars before but this place deserves a bad review. ... I don't own a car for the week but the nail salon is convenient enough where I can walk to it so I took a jog just to get my nails done there. I felt real good since I had just finished my jog so I was extra enthusiastic when I walked in. I sign in as usual got seated right away and the owner started doing my nails. Shortly after I had to point out some flaws in the way they were shaped at least 4 times until they seemed even. I told her to be easy with my thumb because I had hurt it real bad and she didn't seem to care. I picked out a color and she said she didn't have it but she could get one similar to it. After the first coat of nail polish I mentioned to her that the color seemed a little off and she just nodded her head and kept going. They were going to be Matte so I didn't make it a big deal and I thought maybe they would look a little different after they were done. another regular customer comes in and asks if she can fix her daughters nail. The owner gets up from painting my nails and goes to attend the other customer. This customer had all her kids dressed very well she was waring a suit and I'm assuming she goes there quite often. The ironic thing is SO DO I!!! I was going there for the past two or three years. What's crazy is that I had a conversation with the owner about that right before she started doing my nails. I told her how I love the place and I never switched places after I found it. After she took 20 minutes fixing the little girls nail she came back to finish my nails and around the 3rd coat I told her if I could see my original color that I had picked out because it didn't look similar at all to the color on my nails. She started yelling at me telling me how I shouldn't tell the nail person after the fact. I told her I DID TELL YOU after the first coat but u ignored me. You got even more upset and just kept telling me the same thing over and over again I told her it's not a big deal I'm not going to change the color. Overall I felt offended disrespected and disappointed. I simply paid and left and was going to leave it at that After all she made herself look bad by yelling at me in front of everyone but it didn't seem to bother her. I decided to make a review once I looked at my nails again when I got home. the shape was so beautiful before the color but she put so many coats that it looks very blotchy thick and uneven. Horrible customer service and the women working were saying nasty things about customers to other customers. The shellac job looks bad and i wouldn't doubt if it doesnt last a week. Overpriced too. Im not sure how a shellac polish change costs $30 when a shellac mani was said to be $35. Never going there again! Read Less
