Really disappointed with my acrylic nails. I will not be wasting my money here again. Very rushed job, and looks as though it was done by someone who hasn’t had much experience in the industry. Customer service isn’t that great either.

Absolutely terrible. Went there with my 8yr old daughter on holidays for a fun pedicure together. The pedicure was VERY basic and they rushed to put the nail polish on, smudging it and having to redo it. Rushed us out the door before our nails were dryn only to be smudged again. So disappointed. No customer service skills, not even a smile. Watse of money. Should have bought bottles on nail polish and did it myself at home for the money we spent!

As a visitor to Forster, i found the staff to be very approachable and they catered to my own individual needs. As I have an ingrown toenail, they were very lovely in explaining the risks if cut to short and as I accepted responsibility for any repercussions we came upon an agreement. They were trying to ensure their safety as well as their clientel which is understandable. Would defiantly go here again

Asked to get a fix on one of my acrylic nails which had come off. I am very allergic to latex, I go completely paralysed if touched.

So unhappy!!
Asked to get a fix on one of my acrylic nails which had come off. I am very allergic to latex, I go completely paralysed if touched.
Told the lady who was wearing a latex glove, and she got very cranky and told me that she needs it on because she had a burn. She then yelled out to everyone in the whole shop and complained, just because she couldn't do it.
waited for half an hour for a different lady to come and do it.
Very untidy and has acrylic lumps all over the back of the nail.
Charged me $10 to fix one nail.
Do not recommend!!

Charged me an extra $25 on top of cost for shellac manicure for removal of SNS nail polish. Which is strange considering it is the same as removing shellac. Rushed job. Was in and out in 30 mins. Terr...
Charged me an extra $25 on top of cost for shellac manicure for removal of SNS nail polish. Which is strange considering it is the same as removing shellac. Rushed job. Was in and out in 30 mins. Terrible finish. Had to ask for oil on cuticles and on the way out had to ask the owner if he could smooth the rough corners on my nails after I paid him. Worst manicure I’ve had in years. Forster is crying out for something better.

Absolutely terrible. Went there with my 8yr old daughter on holidays for a fun pedicure together. The pedicure was VERY basic and they rushed to put the nail polish on, smudging it and having to redo it. Rushed us out the door before our nails were dryn only to be smudged again. So disappointed. As a visitor to Forster, i found the staff to be very approachable and they catered to my own individual needs. Asked to get a fix on one of my acrylic nails which had come off. I am very allergic to latex, I go completely paralysed if touched.

Forster is crying out for something better.
