If I could give ZERO stars I would. Came in to get infills on my acrylic nails. I selected my colour and paid before they started the job. The girl spoke in her language to the manager who quoted 40 dollars for what I wanted and I paid. A different girl sat to do my nails and began removing the set of acrylic nails I had on but I didn’t question it. When she was nearly done she asked which shape I wanted and I told her “almond shape” she told me it would be difficult because my nails are short. I said no I will have the tips on, totally puzzled at this stage. The manager listening said I told them I wanted them off, i said I didn’t but would pay the difference seen as she started. I paid an extra 15 dollars so 55 in total but I wasn’t happy and expressed that to the manager. She was absolutely dog rude telling me over and over I wanted the nails off, it was a full blown argument at this stage. Ended up getting a refund and leaving with my nails in ribbons, half acrylics left on and totally APPALLED! Disgraceful Read Less
