Great place, I went with my three daughters and we all got amazing pedis. My best compliment is to Emily, she does my nails with the organic powder and I totally love my nails. will never go back here. they convinced me I needed the powder on my nails. within 2 days, every single one of my nails had broken off so far that the nail bed was exposed, it was very painful. I went back a month or so ago for a standard pedicure and now have a fungal infection in 4 of my toenails. I have been going elsewhere for pedicures half of my life and have never had an issue! absolutely disgusted with this place. would advise to find somewhere else, or enter at your own risk... My daughter and I had made a 1pm appointment two days prior and when we got there it was obvious that it had not been noted anywhere. One of the nail techs was able to start on my daughters pedi while I waited 15 minutes for another tech to become available. Somewhat annoying when you schedule an appointment... They did a good job on our basic Mani/Pedi's however I did feel that the service became rushed as soon as more customers entered the salon. The employees could do with... a lesson or two in customer service/basic politeness though... The only time we were talked to was when we entered the salon to find out what we wanted but were blatantly ignored the rest of the time, even when I tried polite smalltalk and it was clear that they understood English because they were all communicating with their small nephew in English when it suited them. It was worth the groupon price that we paid, however I wouldn't go out of my way to get my nails done here again at regular price when there are so many other salons with great customer service in abundance! Absolutely loved it! Service was great, they took their time and didn't rush it. Looked after me, got me a coffee from across the road which was awesome. They spoke with me a lot, unlike other nail salons where they would laugh and whisper and make you feel uncomfortable. I had an amazing experience and overall made my nails look amazing,, best manicure I have ever had. Completely recommend it! Read Less

First time appointment was not given the person that the appointment was appointed too. Was not welcome as a valued customer. Nail were done ok.Feet nail weren't cut correctly not happy with feet. Very expensive. Will not so back. I felt it was rude that they spoke there own language among themselves. Customer service should be the utmost importance today.Read Less
