I has my pedicure done here last sunday with my sister and my Mum, it was wonderful jobs. The massage it so nice with the hot stone, i was about to sleep. The shop so clean, the staff are so nice and friendly. So relaxing. Highly recommend it. Read Less

It's unfortunate to give a low rating as the finish product is not bad but the customer service is below par. There is a young girl there and I don't know if she is one of the owners or a supervisor but her customer service skills needs greatly improving. To me it seems she doesn't want to be there. There are plenty of other nail businesses around that will gladly take your business. Take note whoever you are, if you want repeat business than it takes more than skill in your job to get return customers. Customers love great customer service, especially in the beauty industry. I was very disappointed with love nails erina fair. I couldn't contact them by phone to make an appointment. So I drove out there. My daughter gave me a voucher for a manicure. They told me I couldn't use it there as it was purchased at Lake Haven Store. How Ridiculous....... A gift voucher should be honored at any store listed on their voucher. Pathetic service and completely unfriendly and rude. I left feeling ripped off as they charged my $35 for shellac only on my toes!!! I’ve been there 3 times now and their prices have been different each time. They don’t have a set price list and I feel like they just change it per customer. Not happy, left feeling so ripped off! worst nail salon experience I have ever had! the lady that done my nails was so rude and lacked in all areas of customer service skills. when she was filing and cutting my cuticles for my manicure and pedicure she hacked at it, not paying any attention to what she was doing, then when she was painting my nails she would stop in the middle of it to check her Facebook and text messages.... so unprofessional. but when i complained about the work she had done she became even ruder and tried telling me and the other staff that she did exactly what i asked her to do which is also untrue because when she was cutting my nails i asked if she could cut the nails to the same length which she didn't do. when i got home I noticed there was little hairs underneath the nail polish. all over very unpleasant experience. never coming back Read Less

I went in to see what this new nail salon was like, firstly there is no TV or music for relaxation. Your basically stuck looking at a white wall the entire time. I went in there, got acrylic and shellac, it seemed like they did a good job until I noticed a hair was then painted underneath the colour. I ignored it, until about 2 days later the nail polish started peeling off! I don't use chemicals at work, and I have been getting my nails done at another place which this never happens at. So I went back in, and explained that on all 4 nails the colour was peeling off. I asked why this occurs (even tho I've researched it?) and they said it's maybe because of my nature oils on my nails. Firstly I have acrylic, it's not even on my NATURAL nail. I was like yeah whatever, so I changed the colour completely. They still CHARGED ME, couldn't be bothered to argue as I know I'm never going back there. Nails are not straight, and yet again it's been like 3 days and the nail polish is already chipping and peeling off. Highly recommend NOT to go there! I will be sticking to my regular place, I just thought it'd be nice to have more then one reliable nail place. Clearly, that's not possible. Disgusted with the service and attitude of the staff also. Today I decided to use a gift voucher purchased for me by my boyfriend to get a pedicure done and a set of acrylics. This is a mixed review as Cindy who did my pedicure was an absolute angel who was so kind and patient, always trying to make sure she'd done what I had asked for. However, this review is mainly for a woman who's name I believe is Tracey. She had the most fluent English out of the women working today but was down right RUDE. I would deter anyone from going to this nail salon just because of the manner of this woman and the way she forces her opinion on other staff members. She didn't consult with me about the length of my acrylics then responded with "that's what you asked for" when I said she'd made the first one far too short. I asked cindy to please remove the nails Tracey had done as they were FAR too short and a terrible shape. Tracey was offended by this and began getting angry with me. Close to tears I decided to leace without my acrylics at all. If Tracey continues to work at this business I can't imagine it staying open for long. Read Less
