My first visit to Diamond Nails I had Chrome powder nails. Unfortunately after about 1 week it peeled off. I rang the salon and they told me to come back in. They applied the chrome powder again and only charged me $5.00 for fixing 1 broken nail, in my opinion Diamond Nails has exceptional customer service and attention to detail is second to none. Went in to get my acrylic nails filled in as it had been a few weeks. The customer service dropped when I said I wanted regular nail polish. The choices were limited. The individual doing my nails was rough and the skin around my nails were tender. I couldn't put my hands in hot water for a day. A child could have done a better job painting my nails. No bottom coat but the top coat was so thick that the polish was sliding down and I had bubbles ok my nails. To top it off it looks like only half my nails have been filled in. Very unhappy customer. I had a pedicure a week again, $45 for the worst job ever! My sister had acrylic nails done and less lasted less then 9 days before they started lifting and nail polish faded within 5 days! In total I spent $100 dollars there and could of had a better job done by a 12 year old Read Less

Lovely staff and great service. My Mother had her nails done for the first time ever, Kelly was extremely gentle and lovely with her, the young girl who did my nails at the same time had such a gentle touch, much nicer than other nail bars I have visited, we will definitely be back! Read Less

I had a painful experience when my acrylics were removed because my skin had a reaction to the chemicals used. The most disappointing part for me was I was charged full price for the removal, then when it was discovered I was first given advice to put my hands in bleach (doctor advised later that this would've been disastrous) hen sold a lotion to address the problem (was also advised by doctor not to use). After two trips to the doctor and a course of antibiotics, i revisited the salon to make them aware of the issue - they were not sympathetic and did not offer to refund me for the lotion or the cost of removal. I did not expect much, but a sorry or acknowledgment of my painful experience would've gone a long way. I do not recommend this salon. Read Less
