The service of this place ruined my day. I don’t normally go for pedi or mani because I’m a nurse and need my nails just nicely trimmed with no color. But I thought I’d treat myself to a pedi with no nail polish. The lady who doesn’t speak a single word and just pats my legs as gestures literally rubbed my legs just three times, scrubbed my soles about the same, and smothered my still very wet legs with lotion- the process took no more than 2 minutes! She didn’t clean my nails properly and I was so pissed off I said never mind I’ll do it at home. $35 for a 5min soak and an 8min pedi. I timed it. Please never go to this place. I've been going there for the last 5 years, unfortunately staff has completely changed during the last 12 months, and the new crew is just shocking. Not only that the nails are uneven and bumpy, and nail polish peels off within first few days, they don't know how to use the drill and they constantly hurt you. Everything just takes ages due to the fact that three different people work your nails. That's the last time I've been there today. Don't go there as it will just be shocking experience! Read Less

To say I'm unimpressed is an understatement, they tried an ombre effect which was horrendous and I asked them to remove it and just do plain black. You can still see some of the nail polish they didn't remove which they blamed on dry skin. I ended up with dark blue, chunk uneven nails. There is so much nail polish on my fingers that it is peeling off my nails. Worst experience I've ever had. I asked for sns with a glitter ombre which they could not do. We then decided to use a regular nail polish for the ombre. It was the worst excuse for ombre. I asked to have it removed and to get plan black nail polish so I could do the ombre at home. I got a dark blue nail polish and you can still see the color underneath which was never remove correctly. My nails are so far and wide they look so uneven and they got so much nail polish on the skin that it is already peeling of my nails. Please choose another nail shop if you do not want the disaster like mine. I wish I could add photos to show you just how bad it is. Read Less
