This place has to be some of the worst service and hygiene I’ve ever seen. Rude and dirty and I only give one star because that’s the lowest google let’s you go.
No changing of the paper mats on the table between clients- having nails done in the dust and clippings of other customers before you.
While soaking my shellac staff member went to the foot spas, handled another customers feet, then came and touched my hands without changing gloves or washing. When asked about it she laughed it off.
This place is great if you like getting fungal infections- thanks ladies appreciate it.
Oh. And the abuse you receive when trying to pay with card under $25 is priceless.
The salon, staff and service is disgusting.

Poor nail filing and polish application and overall rushed service. No fans to help dry nails. Abruptly told to move with no help with bags. Poor service.

Prices are higher than average, they put thinner in their shellac OPI colour so started peeling off after 5 days. When I went back in less than a week after they tried to charge me to redo them, I ask...
Prices are higher than average, they put thinner in their shellac OPI colour so started peeling off after 5 days. When I went back in less than a week after they tried to charge me to redo them, I asked for a refund and wasn't given one. Had to go and pay to get them done again else where. Very disappointing.

Nice looking salon but pedicure service is unfortunately nothing special. Left salon with my heels and balms still showing calluses and they seem to rush through the nice parts of the treatments (massages) despite no customers.
Would I return for that price and service? Probably not!

I love this place. I go there all the time. The staff are friendly and very professional. The price is also reasonable for the high quality. I would recommend it to all my friends.

I am excited to say that I am an extremely happy customer of OS Nails & Beauty Potts Point Sydney. The staff, service and salon is all in immaculate condition and I am extremely amazed with how beautiful the salon is. I have never come across such a salon like OS Nails & Beauty. The condition of my nails lasted weeks, not like all the other nail salon bars that I go to which chip off after only 2 weeks. OS Nails & Beauty make my nails last for 6 weeks.Their five star service is impeccable! The manager Vivien has such high standards and I can highly recommend OS Nails & Beauty. Very impressed and this salon is my new best friend as it has all my needs and requirements met and I am feeling like I am spending more days there than I am supposed to, but who doesn't need a foot massage, new lashes, wax, makeup or the royal treatment. xo See you tomorrow at 3pm!
