I absolutely loved my experience here! I recently moved to Raleigh and have been looking for a top star nail salon..and I found it! They are extremely nice and talented. I was so please with my gel fill in and ombré nail polish too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I’ve been here several times and always had a wonderful experience. Everyone is friendly, the service is great and most of all, the place is extremely clean. I won’t go anywhere else!

I get a mani/pedi very regularly and can’t rave enough about the quality and experience! They take their time, are very thorough, clean, and the atmosphere is great. Always VERY pleased with my nails.

In the past I have been going to Nail 1st on 401. In $40 package you get a nice pedicure with sea salt massage, then they make lie down with your feet in paraffin wax, hot band around your neck & eyes...
In the past I have been going to Nail 1st on 401. In $40 package you get a nice pedicure with sea salt massage, then they make lie down with your feet in paraffin wax, hot band around your neck & eyes and then they give you 15 minuets of hot stone message. This place opened up in our neighborhood market this year, thought I’ll give it a try- a real disappointing experience. I chose the Herbal Package for my pedicure, it had the option of either mask or paraffin . Nobody both...er to ask me what I wanted. When I told the girl doing my pedicure, I would like to get paraffin, she said next time because she had already done the mask. The owners was right there working on another customer, so I told them that she didn’t ask me. Same answer. They didn’t have the courtesy to even apologize for their mistake nor made any effort to rectify it. While I was getting my pedicure done, the girl grabbed a broom and dust pan to clean the floor and came back to work on me with same dirty gloves , I had to ask her change. I think they don’t believe in customer service. See More

Love this place and so happy that a new nail salon has opened less than 10 minutes from my house. Eric and Trina take their time and are talented at nail designs and unique manicures! This salon is clean and sanitary and they offer several unique options for pedicures! Trina also does an excellent job at shaping my eyebrows.

I am so happy I found this nail spa! My nails and toes are so well groomed and fresh! They take their time and don't rush you... even offering refreshments while they provide services in a clean and comfortable environment. All tools are sterilized and new files and buffers are used for each client. I am highly impressed and will return!

Went in today for the first time. Loved it! Got a pedicure and am very pleased. The massage chairs are new and just wonderful. John did a fantastic job! They have a great choice of colors. This will be my new regular pedi place. Go check it out, the nail bar is very nice and everyone was very pleasant. So happy I went in to try it out. :)
