I had a very bad experience today at this place. I showed a photo of the nail I wanted to get done with the lady which was a basic style with 2 colours. What she created, was completely different to what was on the photo. The lines are not straight, the paint is blended, it doesn’t have a feminine look at all. I’m very disappointed!

The most appalling service I have ever experienced. Not even worthy of one star. I expressed I had another appointment in one hour with another person at the same location. The nail technician went and spoke to that person and assured me I would make my next appointment. She took 2 hours to do a manicure and pedicure. She lied to me and said that the other person was running late and they would take me in as soon as my nails were done. She then proceeded to charge me an extra $5 for shellac removal, which I was never told about. I would never return to this nail salon. They are rude. They lie. And are highly unprofessional.

I've been here twice, once for a Mani/pedi and the second time for a set of acrylics. The customer service isn't great and during my pedicure the girl scrubbed my feet so hard that it was actually painful. The manicure was alright, the shape was on point but they were in such a hurry to close that she only did 2 very thin coats of polish so my nails were still completely sheer. Had to go home and paint them myself afterwards which wasn't a great feeling after shelling out $45 bucks with tip. Better off trying somewhere high end for that price. Overall just not a relaxing or enjoyable experience :/

Been going to this place for over 5 years, always happy. Can get busy so leave extra time especially around weekend and Friday.

The job is good but to infill they say tha it is $27 but they start take out nails that have a minor problem as a little bit unglued instead to fix and they charge you for it plus make sure that tou are talking with someone that speak english properly because they dont understand what you says.. and even if you ask how much will cost they domt tell you.. when you going to pay you have the surprise.... what supposed to be $27 become $45! Ridiculous..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

I had a very bad experience today at this place. I showed a photo of the nail I wanted to get done with the lady which was a basic style with 2 colours. The most appalling service I have ever experienced. Not even worthy of one star. I expressed I had another appointment in one hour with another person at the same location. I've been here twice, once for a Mani/pedi and the second time for a set of acrylics. The customer service isn't great and during my pedicure the girl scrubbed my feet so hard that it was actually painful. The manicure was alright, the shape was on point but they were in such a hurry to close that she only did 2 very thin coats of polish so my nails were still completely sheer. Had to go home and paint them myself afterwards which wasn't a great feeling after shelling out $45 bucks with tip. Better off trying somewhere high end for that price. Overall just not a relaxing or enjoyable experience :/
