Terribly long wait time, poor service and when i asked the technician if she could touch up 1 nail because of a loose brush hair that had stuck to the polish she just painted over the top of it, causing a bad finish. Never again,

Terrible customer service they didn't do my nails properly an they carried on when i asked them to fix them. Defiantly wont go back!

Nail hurt after manicure. Lady rude and push down hard. Staff rude. Want to charge lot of money for simple procedure. Talk and laugh about me behind my back. Not recommend. Uneven and ugly nail!!!!!

Terroble. My daughter and i went together. She had a pedicure and they clipped into the side of her toenails so much that she ended up with infection and now has two ingrown toenails! I hot my nails done same day and they alllifted within two days. Would never go back.

I have been to many nail salon. This one was horrible. Worse customer service and the service was as bad. I didn't like it at all.

Sooooo bad! The last two times I've been there it's been awful. I should have learned my lesson.. On the first bad experience, my nails were done so poorly, paint was on my skin and a really,really messy job. I pointed it out and the same woman did it a second time, again poorly. Then was fixed up a third time but am hour and half to have nails painted!!! I went back yesterday and it happened again! Really bad job, I pointed it out and it was fixed up.again by same woman. Was still messy. One toe smudged. Such a waste of money. And they are SO SO RUDE. There are much better places in the area and with two similar salons opened now in maitland mall, these guys better pick up their service or they'll continue to lose customers.

Rude staff .. untrained & dont speak english very well.. files cutters etc were used on multiple people.. not sterilised .. yuk!!. my paint job was the worst ive ever seen.. Do Not Waste Your Money He...
