9/12/2019 Went to Austral Nails and Beauty to have SNS done which I have had done previously done at another salon in Castle Hill. Helen said I had nice natural nails. Nails done and spent $50 cash and left. Went overseas and my nails started chipping and ripping off. I went back the week later and the girl said we will redo. So I went back the next day and manager said "my nails are weak and she will not redo them as it's been 10 days". I went to Poshy nails and they charged $60 to fix my nails. I paid $110 in 10 days due to the incompetence of this salon. I requested a refund and manager said no way, my fault nails are weak. My nails have always been strong except after going to Austral Nails. AVOID. I will be going to office of fair trading now. Read Less

Hi I have a question. I really want to get my nails done again but i dont want my nail shaved at all i just want the arcylic placed on top with no shaving is this possible.? I just dont understand the purpose of having to fiddle with my real nail. Thanku ♡ Read Less
