Been few times with no problems but left yesterday very disappointed rough & quick my nails were done & short not a professional job owner lady was so rude no care for customer service & the man seem to do better job then what I got yesterday

Avoid the younger girl as she is slap dash. Went in for a shape and clean, walked out with almost no nails left. Let the owner know and she couldn't care less. On the positive, the older ladies who ...
Avoid the younger girl as she is slap dash. Went in for a shape and clean, walked out with almost no nails left. Let the owner know and she couldn't care less. On the positive, the older ladies who did the pedicure were very good.

Really good service and amazingly friendly staff got a full set of acrylic nails with two designs for $65 they made sure that I was happy with every step and when I wanted to go shorter they listened

Absolutely disscraseful service I will never go back to this salon and I recommend everyone avoiding this place. I was given no choice but to have white tips even though I asked for something else. They said they would do it but ended up with the opposite. They were really rough with my nails and caused me alot of pain when they cut my nails back. When I asked for a refund or for them to fix my nails they point blank refused!!! So rude and an unpleasant experience.

I've never been to a salon so rushed and rude, I got a full set of acrylics, I went in for a nice blue or green and I was sat at a table and not given an option, I was told I'm having white tips. My nails were then cut back so far they hurt and bled a little. The whole process I was in pain, I also watched another lady pulling away and telling the man that did both of our nails that hers were sore and he did not even seem to care. They have a no booking required set up and rush you around to get the next people in. My acrylics weren't set even, I had no choice on length and when I tried to ask for change I was told " I'm not finished. Wait." And nothing was changed. The filing tool took big chunks out of them after they were done.. Certainly isn't recommended
