Had a pedicure today and was very happy with it Even got a massage and hot rocks and the hot towel! Job well done and thankyou for making my day that little bit better

Was very disappointed. Waited 20mins to get to a chair then I was left with my feet soaking and cold water for over 30mins till someone finally came and did my pedicure . To top it off the nail polish...
Was very disappointed. Waited 20mins to get to a chair then I was left with my feet soaking and cold water for over 30mins till someone finally came and did my pedicure . To top it off the nail polish was done very messy so I was quite disappointed .

total disappointment, First ever pedicure that I have had no attention to the dry skin on the feet, didn't even look at them. The girl next to me had a great job done , I had no pumice stone or scrap...

Have previously been very happy with Crown Nails & Beauty but my recent visit was very disappointing... $40 delux pedicure took a total of 12 minutes from start to finish..! I could have done the same...
Have previously been very happy with Crown Nails & Beauty but my recent visit was very disappointing... $40 delux pedicure took a total of 12 minutes from start to finish..! I could have done the same thing myself at home, I basically got my nails painted and that's it..!!! Very disappointed with the service this last visit, it was like minimal service and she couldn't finish quick enough.

Had my nails done Friday and they started chipping as the top coat hadn't set. They were only too happy to fix them for me. Great customer service 🖒Amazing color selection and great prices.

Great fast service etc. BUT. Not even a week into having nails and 5/10 nails have lifted and fallen off!! $55 for a full set. Great price but after quality aswell. ... Not happy at all. See more

.....the most relaxing pedicure... my feet had “1 kg “ of dead skin professionally removed...my feet feel and look amazing.. the best pedi tech ever...thank-you so very much... totally happy feet

Love my new nails and very happy with the service except for one little problem. Had a very painful thumb for a few days and on close inspection found a piece of my skin was glued to my nail. I had to tear the skin to ease the pain, and that was cruel! A small piece of skin is still connected to nail but much less painful.

My nails now have massive dents in them, they didn't bother trimming my nails before placed the acrylic so I had my real nails almost the same length as my NEW false nails. Was not happy at all.

After only 3 days of getting Shellac manicure when visiting I have 3 nails with polish already peeling 2 that are chipped and one that's starting to bubble. I have never had such a poor experience wit...
After only 3 days of getting Shellac manicure when visiting I have 3 nails with polish already peeling 2 that are chipped and one that's starting to bubble. I have never had such a poor experience with Shellac! All chipping & peeling has started from the top of the nail which shows that it has not been sealed correctly! Avoid if you don't want to waste $45 on a simple shellac manicure!

Love my new nails and very happy with the service except for one little problem. Had a very painful thumb for a few days and on close inspection found a piece of my skin was glued to my nail. I had to tear the skin to ease the pain, and that was cruel! A small piece of skin is still connected to nail but much less painful.

After only 3 days of getting Shellac manicure when visiting I have 3 nails with polish already peeling 2 that are chipped and one that's starting to bubble. I have never had such a poor experience with Shellac! All chipping & peeling has started from the top of the nail which shows that it has not been sealed correctly! Avoid if you don't want to waste $45 on a simple shellac manicure!
