I got my nails done Friday the 23rd and I had never been here before but everyone I asked recommended this place. When I showed the guy a picture he said he new what to do. It was a picture of natural nails with a pink powder overlay and I figured he would know just from seeing the picture what it was. Instead he proceeded with bringing pink powder and pearl powder and said it was going to be $48 because it was an ombré. I said okay no big deal, but then I noticed the pearl ...powder was white so I said no that’s not at all what I want could you please do something more nude or natural. He said he didn’t have nude so he said do clear powder on the tip and pink on the bottom even when I asked just do pink on the whole nail. By then I just decided to let him do the clear tip and pink base because he said it would be cheaper and I had done those types of nails before and I liked it. Either way I ended up not being happy with the nails because when he proceeded to add the top coat I was not instructed to wash my hands so there is bubbles on the tips of my nails due to the powder not being properly washed off . And he charged me $45 when my nail tech back home only charges me $40 and she does longer tips AND uses both pink and clear powder and she definitely does not leave bubbles in my nails. I was not going to say anything wrong about this place because I figured it was my fault for not speaking up about these mistakes but today the 27th of December my nails are already lifting and that seriously made me unhappy . If I’m gonna pay that much just for natural nails I’d expect them to not start lifting so soon, and also not everyone does gel on acrylics so the salon should learn about more natural nail types in order to do them properly. Nice lady's unfortunately I don't think they know what they are doing, I spent $125 dollars on nails and lashes & not happy with both! Cheap lashes not applied properly and nails were crooked and messy!!! Offered to clean up nails however almost 3 hours is ridiculous I was late for important meeting! Either cheapen your prices or practice more on each other to get constructive criticism to grow as a business or continue to rip people off, your choice but I will not be back! NOT HAPPY SORRY GUYS! I got a mani and a pedi here for the first time and I had such a great experience!! The people here are so friendly, kind and nonetheless very professional. Tony took care of me and did my manicure and I was speechless! He's super fast and wonderful work! My pedicure was absolutely worth it, very relaxing and outstanding work. The people there were very patient with me when I was indecisive to choose a color, lol. The prices are a little high for me, but cheap doesn't always mean better! It was totally worth it. I've just walked out of this place after waiting an hour to be seen. I wouldn't mind waiting at all if I had just walked in but I had phoned ahead to make an appointment. After 40 minutes of waiting (with no apology or acknowledgment of the wait), I asked how much longer it would be and reminded them I had made an appointment. I was told it would only be another 5 minutes but 20 minutes later I was still waiting! At this point, I told them I was sick of waiting and was leaving. They told me "oh we can see you now" but I decided not to waste my money on such poor service. When I asked them why they bother making appointments if they can't stick to them, they gave me some excuse about extra customers taking more time. Again, what's the point of taking appointments if you're going to prioritise walk-ins anyway. It was at this point I got the one and only apology they offered.
