Julia removed and re did the gel, and even after I went indoor rock climbing in the afternoon, there were no chips or peeling at all, considering how rough I am on my hands, she did an amazing job! Spent $50 on a basic pedicure I could have done better myself. I was shocked for days by how poor the experience and quality of the job was, I considered asking for my money back. The whole procedure from start to finish lasted 20 minutes and my feet looked and felt no better than when I first got there. The whole point of going to a salon is to feel pampered and have your hands and feet made to feel like they've been brought back to life! I've never been to a salon that failed to deliver on this until Nail Lab. Very nice customer service and I think this is what gets people reviewing so highly, but at the end of the day, I'm not offended if you don't talk to me while doing my nails. Love going to The Nail Lab, the staff are always friendly and so professional and the biggest thing for me it's so clean and I feel safe having my mani and pedi done by the girls. Love all the colours you can choose from for any event. Will def be going back! Read Less

Got my acrylics taken off here yesterday and a gel manicure done after. My nail tech was very sweet and obviously experienced in her craft. Overall the establishment was clean and I was pleased with the services. From what I can tell, it's difficult to get a good mani in Australia like it is back in the States and this place delivers. However, seeing a soak off back home with a gel mani is $45 and here it cost $85, I'm knocking a star. That's way too much to do your nails in my opinion especially without designs or complicated shapes. That's not the nail tech's fault clearly. She was awesome. Read Less

This is the best manicure place I have found In Sydney. All of their technicians are good, friendly, clean and very talented. You need to book ahead because their  schedule does get very full. I recommend calling because the online booking system has some glitches and they always end up calling to confirm details. Read Less

Very hygienic but they always forget something off each service. Last one didn't put any moisturiser on my feet after the pedi. Other times the 10 min massage on the deluxe services were less than two minutes. Read Less

Clean, Friendly, and gentle on my mother's hands - she has very thin skin and they do a wonderful job. My mother is also diabetic and i have a broken foot and they did a fantastic pedicure on each of us. I have my toe nails done for the first time since I broke my foot over 20 years ago... Best nail salon in Sydney! (So far)It's clean, the staff are lovely and they do an excellent gel mani pedi. They even give you suggestions on colours in case you're a bit undecided like me. It's only slightly more expensive than other places but it's so worth it. Stumbled past this nail place one afternoon and it immediately hits you that there is something different about this place. Walk in to extremely friendly staff and a clean and professional space.
