A lot of them can't speak much English and get really impatient with you when they cant understand?! also smirk when you don't know when to switch your hand in the UV dryer. Worst experience ever

I've had acrylic (now SNS) french nails for almost 10 years so I've seen and experienced the good, bad and ugly. I have also bitten my nails since i was a kid so ai don't have the easiest nails to do....
I've had acrylic (now SNS) french nails for almost 10 years so I've seen and experienced the good, bad and ugly. I have also bitten my nails since i was a kid so ai don't have the easiest nails to do. Lisa and the girls have done my nails for almost a year now and have never done a bad job. They're gentle, thorough, take their time without taking too long and keep their workstations very clean. They're pricing is standard but you get a more than standard result. I would recommend them to anyone be it if you're easily pleased or the most fussy. They are very accomodating and a lovely team.

I went to do manicure and pedicure today. i ask for skin off on nails before SNS but they're said to me do it later and after that they're do not and also charge full price never said sorry k'm feel b...

Don't usually review things but the attention to detail is hard to pass up. Usually salons are trying to push you out but California Nails do pedicures like they used to... thoroughly. They even made a new colour mixing two polishes to replicate my SNS colour & filled in my broken toenail with powder. Rock star service.

I had a pedicure at the Oxford Square branch of California Nails. The quality of the work was poor and I noticed rough, dry skin in places under my feet. I returned the next day to get a touch-up of the poor workmanship. I was told "I did my best, if you don't like it go somewhere else". I have been going to this branch for 10 years. This was my last visit. Such third world client service is not worth paying for.

I have been going to California Nails for approx eight (8) years and I would never go anywhere else. The girls are amazing, they always make time for you, they understand if you are in a rush and make things happen. Flexible and understanding and friendly.
Professional, hygienic, certified and trained (yes in Australia) Atmosphere is brilliant and relaxing.
They are always up to date with the latest trends in regards to color and methodology.
I have had Waxing, nail and pedicure with perfect result every time - no exception.
Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for amazing nails or a wax

If you love yourself, do not subject yourself to a wax at this place. I was appalled by the lack of hygiene - the therapist did not wear gloves or a mask. She used the same applicator for my whole wax...
If you love yourself, do not subject yourself to a wax at this place. I was appalled by the lack of hygiene - the therapist did not wear gloves or a mask. She used the same applicator for my whole wax! On a scale of 1 to 10, this place rates a 9 in terms of the pain factor. I was still smarting as I walked away from the salon. Very unsatisfied.
