This place is terrible. Please do not get your nails done here. This place charged me $35 for a set of shellac. Barely even a week after all the shellac started to peel off. I went back and politely asked them to fix it but the male manager started to yell at me in front of a shop full of people denying the problem. He said it was my nails that grew out. Terrible service ever and worst nail done in my life. I went in for shellac one week ago, and this lady did my friend's and my nail at the same time. All staff were talking in their language for the entire time which was ok except for the staff not focusing on what she was doing. Colouring was uneven and lumpy, but most impressive thing was that this lady polished to the end of my nail, where your cuticle are. Have never seen it before, but I decided to wait because it could be nice. After one week, the edge bit started to coming off of course due to polishing to the end. So I went to the shop with my friend who had cracks too, to get it fixed. One girl was being nice to understand what we were talking about, but the other girl was like "this is not what we did so we need to charge you if you want to take it off or get it done again, or you can talk to the lady tomorrow." So I asked them if they think my nail looks alright and the girls said they wouldnt have done it that way. So I went to the shop again this arvo with my friend, and talked to the lady who did our nails. She smiled and said my nails are normal. No, this never can be normal. I told her about the conversation with the girls yesterday and she said they don't know much because they are inexperienced unlike her who has done this for 15 years. Shame on you to to say that you have that long experience for this terrible job. Terrible place! The workplace was very dirty, all of their equipment was covered by dust. And what they've done on my nail was the worst. One of the girl who works there was so rude and all the workers were speaking in their language while they doing my nails. Disgusting service had zero clue on how to do SNS I was telling them how to do it for $75... 2.5hours later after they stuffed it all up the rude girl said in her poor English 'no charge' for fixing there stuff up & wasting my time. Spent 125 on a shellac mani pedi- with acrylic nails. They took hours to complete and looked terrible, they had a very limited range of colour and within an hour one had come off completely, by the next morning another came off and another is about to come off as well. Dissapointing but i should of picked up on that the state of the store is bad. I get a better service and price from my local nail salon in brisbane. Thought it would be alright cause it was in harbourside. I was wrong. Agree with every comment here. Where do I start.I decided spur of the moment to have my shellac polich redone on holiday in Sydney, while my husband was busy elsewhere. The staff were friendly, but that's where the good news ends.Bleeding nail beds; nails shaped crooked; French Tips very messy and white polish shellaced all over my fingers. The flecks of dust and old red nail polish left under a French Polish is also worth me tioning. Not impressed in the slightest. I paid $55 for a spa pedicure and manicure. The girls were very nice but this place is not worth the money. Within 5 minutes I had a cut on my toe that was bleeding and my fingernails had been cut too short, despite me telling the girl I wanted them a bit shorter but not too short. The massage was so bad on both my hands and feet - neither lasted more than about 2 minutes. The girl didn't even ask me to remove my watch if that gives you any idea. She massaged my fingers for a few minutes and that was it. I realize it's in a tourist mall and that should have been a clue, but I'm hoping to save some other people the trouble.
