Have never felt so rushed, and when I asked the technician if she could fix a nail that she had bumped, the response was to brusquely add some extra colour, and that was that. For anyone who uses normal nail polish, you will know the result does not look like I've just walked out of a salon where I've paid to have my manicure done. Also, no base coat was used.

Went here to have my SNS nails removed. The woman who did my nails used cuticle clippers to pry apart the layer of SNS powder and my nails. She then used a spare acrylic nail to wedge between and sepa...
Went here to have my SNS nails removed. The woman who did my nails used cuticle clippers to pry apart the layer of SNS powder and my nails. She then used a spare acrylic nail to wedge between and separate the nail completely, and let me tell you that HURTS. She then quickly ran over the nails with a course spinning buffer leaving my nails with large gouged out parts that now hurt and glue left on the nails. The nail tips where jagged. They looked like a badly scratched CD!
After I left the store, every single finger nail besides my left thumb snapped off
All I had asked for was my nails removed.
A routine job, and today, only one day later. I had to go and pay to have them fixed someone else because was legitimately too painful and my nails are now to weak to be left to grow out naturally.
Aside from the painful removal service was atrocious. I felt guilty for asking them to do their job.

So awful!!!......Worst nail job ever! Sooooo dirty in store. NOBODY SPEAKS!!! I would have thought that somebody who is employed working with customers sooo close face to face, could speak!!!! TOTAL silence all the way through. If you try and speak to Techs they dont speak back! Ummm.....U are working in Australia.....should at least have SOME customer service skills. Wont ever be back. Tell ur friends not to waste their time or money. I refused to pay. Make U feel like some kind of second class citizen.....like THEY are doing a favor for YOU!!!!

They didn't open until 9.10am. The lady asked me what I wanted done. I asked for full set and Reg nail polish thanks. She kept pushing me for shellac I said no. She wasn't happy. Real language barrie...
They didn't open until 9.10am. The lady asked me what I wanted done. I asked for full set and Reg nail polish thanks. She kept pushing me for shellac I said no. She wasn't happy. Real language barrier. The shop was very dirty. I wouldn't go back there.

The full set of acrylics I got were sloppy, they didn't do anything to make cuticles neat or push them back. I had to ask the girl repeatedly to do rounded square/squoval shape which is so common because she only wanted to shape them as square. Two of my nails are applied crookedly, and they've all been applied 1-2mm from the edge of the untrimmed cuticles so they'll need to be re-done sooner than other salons would need. The girl kept trying to push me to get shellac and stormed off angrily when I refused. On the positive side, the paint is excellent, and because I had 2 girls working on them at the same time (they just did that- I didn't ask) the service was very quick. but because of the negative things I won't go there again.

I have used pearl nails for years. In my opinion they used to be one of the best...not any more. I got in at 9am, I was the only person in there. The service assistant ground of my shellac with the metal tip. Then she ground right through my natural nail and it HURT.
I have my nails stiletto shaped so the technician called over one of her colleagues and they proceeded to look at my nails and laugh. It was rushed through, my nails ended up several different shapes and the paint job was thin and lumpy. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere.

First and last visit to this salon worst set of nails l ever had they are thick shapes all vary when l got home and inspected them was so dissapointed just wanted to rip them off the shellac finish also bad..must add the salon was grubby and dirty whoever owns this salon should be ashamed of this and the training of their staff no customer service skills at all it was like a factory production line

Have never felt so rushed, and when I asked the technician if she could fix a nail that she had bumped, the response was to brusquely add some extra colour, and that was that. For anyone who uses normal nail polish, you will know the result does not look like I've just walked out of a salon where I've paid to have my manicure done. Also, no base coat was used.

The full set of acrylics I got were sloppy, they didn't do anything to make cuticles neat or push them back. I had to ask the girl repeatedly to do rounded square/squoval shape which is so common because she only wanted to shape them as square. Two of my nails are applied crookedly, and they've all been applied 1-2mm from the edge of the untrimmed cuticles so they'll need to be re-done sooner than other salons would need.
