My mom and I got mani and pedi's... Very unpleasant experience to say the least. First off they didn't completely coat my moms nails or shape them the way she wanted. Then as my mom is ready to put her shoes back on, they are completely covered in ANTS. My mom let the owner be aware and she said "i know. Were trying to get rid of them still." No sorry or anything. But then the guy I had he just kept on making jokes about me being pregnant. Saying how I ruined my life ECT... There's more but honestly just don't go here and waste your money! Read Less

I only go here now. Usually just get a mani/pedi shellac or just take shellac off/put back on. I always make a booking just in case as it can get very busy!! Especially on weekends... My wife Pat Roberts had a really bad experience at this salon. She went here on Saturday 18th February for a manicure and pedicure. She had been there before and was always reasonably happy, but on this occasion she had really rough treatment, which has left her with infected toes and an unwanted medical bill. Pat has told me that the manicurist was clumsy and she cut the quick on her first and third toes. She said "Ouch!" and complained at the rough treatment at the time, but no apology was given. When she left the salon, she noticed that the quick was quite badly cut. She now has an infection in her toes, as you can see in the photograph. We are not sure whether the infection was caused by dirty equipment or used nail files being used, or whether the infection was allowed to get in because the skin was broken. Pat is really unhappy about the treatment she was given and we have now had medical costs of more than AU$70 to try to heal the problem. And it is still not healed, so the bills may continue to rise. I was hoping to email the salon in order to put our complaint directly to them, but I cannot find an email address for them, hence this public complaint. I am considering complaining to the council too, so that their equipment and experience levels can be investigated. Read Less

The first time I came and got my nails done my experience was great (Melissa did my nails). I came in again two weeks ago to get my nails done but this time it was done by someone different. She cut me twice and one of my nails has already broken off. I had ballerina shaped nails and some of the sides were not even and the powder that was put on my natural nail was extremely thin (I'm assuming this is why my nail has broken off). I try to be understanding (which is why I'm just now complaining) but acrylics should never come off so easily, especially if I don't do any hard labor with my hands and they've only been on for two weeks. I've been getting my nails done for at least 7 years and this has never happened. I honestly wouldn't have even written a review had my nail not broken off. Read Less
