Worse experience I’ve ever had... charged extra for the same set of nails which I’ve gotten before... I have been going here for a few months now, each time I experienced a customer being unhappy with their service... now it has happened to me and my friend today; her fingers got cut 4times, uneven coffin shaped and stilled full price with no offers to fix her nails...

The staff are friendly and there is less chatter between them that the typical salon. However they don't know their own products... I inquired about accent nails, and the style I wanted could only be don't on black, so I got black. When the tech came over to do the accent nail it was a different lady and she said she could do it on any colour.... so I ended up with black nails to try a style because they don't know the fact about their services. At best it is still a very average salon, there is nothing here to make me think they'd be able to do anything more than basic gel polish and simple nail art. My experience while friendly was mediocre. the price is average for Cronulla, so on the pricey side.

My wife was given a gift voucher on 26/6/16 & has been away a lot. She realised 2 days ago that it was only valid for 3 months & asked that they please honour it - NO ...

Apparently they are happy to take your money but that hard earned cash expires in 3 months & is worthless - no exceptions. We run a small business & would never treat anyone this way & told them so.
